Yes to big statement pieces in small rooms. I bought a 120x160 cm vintage art exposition advertising poster for me and my boyfriend's living room/office/gaming room. It actually makes the room look more spacious and calm.

Part of a beautiful apartment is keeping it tidy and clean and I would be interested to know what motivates you. So everything - what kind of music you listen to, or what candles you light, whether you talk to friends on the phone at the same time, and what products you find useful (be it the most ingenious sponges or a vacuum cleaner or a mob, or really cleaning products. ) And how often you do these household chores. And I really liked your styles videos. and those where you take us with you in everyday life.

A New video about home décor : I’m thrilled. I personally have a accent color in every room : English green in the kitchen, candy rose in the bathroom, dark blue in the entrance, a ocre wall in the bedroom, a ashy blue in the bottom parts of the walls in the toilets, and it does not feel to much, I’m always surprised by it, it just make me happy everyday :) And since your video about lamps I want to put a pendant light above my dinner table :) Thank you for being inspiring and relatable !

Darker colours do not make a room smaller. I found the eye hits a white wall quicker, and dark colour gives a sense of depth, making the room feel bigger. The perceived depth is deeper with a darker colour, almost like looking into a tunnel where you can't see the end (very drastic example...)

I'm never convinced by anyone on YT who gives design "advice" with a backdrop of white walls and clutter stacked behind them. If you want to give advice, back it up with photos of YOUR space to show how you've applied your advice. Random images of other people's designs you found on the internet does not give you credibility. I just clicked on the "Do not recommend this channel" button.
