Klar, großartig sein Vortrag! ...

Written by Herman Hupfeld in 1931. He never married and lived with his mother in Jersey until he died of a stroke in 1951. He was only 57. His mother died 6 years later. She was 90.

it is on every airplane movie list that offers them. I once sat with a lady I didn't know who had not seen it. She was so interesting! So I explained the movie as we watched together without sound. I've seen it so many times I know it. She laughed when I said, "oh here's the part where she remembers she's married". Not one thing bad about that movie, except a remake, which will star Harrison Ford or De Niro---ugh!

I started watching Casablanca for my film class, and I immediately added this to my playlist. The flashback to Rick and Ilse honestly brought me to tears, it's so beautiful-

In 1941 while on a cycle touring vacation in Morocco, I picked up a relief bar tending job at "Rick's". I was covering for Sascha who was confined to bed after Yvonne kicked him hard in the testicles for getting a bit too hands on. I remember Rick as being a very moody man, of course I didn't know then about his lost love. I remember Captain Renault had an open tab at the bar with a huge tally, which of course he never paid. After Sascha returned to work I was let go. People who knew him his said he was never the same after Yvonne's bullseye kick, for one think his voice was several octaves higher. I briefly picked up work at the "Blue Parrot" but was fired after the parrot made allegations of inappropriate behaviour against me. True story.

You must remember this A kiss is just a kiss A sigh is just a sigh The fundamental things apply As time goes by And when two lovers woo They still say, "I love you" On that you can rely No matter what the future brings As time goes by Moonlight and love songs Never out of date Hearts full of passion Jealousy and hate Woman needs man, and man must have his mate That no one can deny It's still the same old story A fight for love and glory A case of do-or-die The world will always welcome lovers As time goes by Moonlight and love songs Never out of date Hearts full of passion Jealousy and hate Woman needs man, and man must have his mate That no one can deny It's still the same old story A fight for love and glory A case of do-or-die The world will always welcome lovers As time goes by
