@TheJerzeyGuy i was spent hours learning about o'rings before 3 years that no one said you the correct size and material and we couldn't find 90A shipping to Europe even smaller size. If you can find diving o'rings are better quality same size same material same hardness just because the use high standards for the diving o'rings.

@pucho513 i had to re-jet both times because the main jet, once you install a bigger exhaust, you'll run lean, the idler jet was fine but it all depends on your elevation, weather etc. Nibbi carbs are a little tricky to jet, if i had to do it all over again i would probably go with a mikuni carb.

The FSC XP looks like it will be holding 12 gram CO2s in the mags just like the original FSC (not 8 gram)... But it remains to be seen what sort of changes internally there are, if any. I keep eyeing the FSC when i visit ANS, but i know i should just wait 😂😂

Love to see o-ring optimization. With any new launcher it's a necessity. Air loss failures are the biggest concern I have with these launchers in general for self defense.

There are actually some metric orings in there. Probably the one that may need replacement sooner than later is the one inside the “end cap”. It is not what you think. The end cap is actually the part that slides on the bolt. It is 12.5 x 1.5. The cap with the allen drive is what many might assume is the end cap is actually the piston. 😉

@@lesslethalfordummies I'm actually testing 3 o-rings at the moment in the pistelle x68, i have two 021 viton 90 duro o-rings on the plenum and back cap. Im also testing the P007 HNBR green o-ring on the bolt stem/cap stem 011. Haven't had any issues with them blowing or breaking. I do have the originals and nothing wrong with those either, im just testing different o-rings at the moment because i think $30 is way too much money for 9 o-rings from MCS/defense innovations

Im glad its still working for you. Do u have an Xradar, or just the outdoor green chronograph? u should check the fps some time. When I run them on my salt s2 and fire them with non leaking caps and such, they are about 10% lower speeds vs the 12 gram co2

I saw you lubricated the internals of the air chamber very well. My guns suffering from the too much lubrication in to the air chamber. Example the super lube from China stick to Co2 tube and i found out that the becam like a rock also from the co2 cold effect. For this gun i saw one different type lubricant. What i believe is the grandville silicone grease will be fine for that o'rings just a little not very much.

@@noobt4eguns i grease it well but I don't put too much on, remember that back Cap O-ring will freeze because once you fire the Pistelle it'll be exposed to the CO2. Be generous but don't overdo it. Molykote 33 medium grease is the one you want though because it goes below -100° F so it won't freeze if you put too much

Bro maybe do a chrono test to see if it's still putting out the same power. I remeber watching another airgun channel that fixes or restores all kinds of bb and pellet guns, and he demonstrates the finished product at the end with accuracy, and power, and sometimes the chronograph reading will be lower than original factory, as if the repair lost power, who knows this might be happening to some of these modified or repair less lethal Pistelle X68, seems like Sterling Defense test launchers has issues as well and I'm guessing because his modifications makes leaks and drops in joules

Buna its NBR the HNBR are better. If you can find o'rings for diving the size the material and the hardness you want will be better because the diving o'rings are high quality.

Oh absolutely, i think its great they came out with the kits, i just think they priced them to high. To be honest, in cost for msc , they probably got a couple pennies in cost for those 9 o-rings and to sell them at $30 is crazy. Don't get me wrong, im a business owner myself and know running a business we have many expenses but $30 is to much. At the most they could've sold them at $10 maybe $15 and still made a profit.

:: CAUTION Self Discharge/Fire :: FYI, Theres a Light Blue o-ring on front of the Bolt that u pull out (about 1/2" diameter) Anyhow, I replaced it with a BUNA 70D and pistol worked and fired AOK. BUT, i left it in Freezing Cold vehicle for 8 hrs and then i pulled the trigger twice but Nothing happened, No fire at all. Something Froze inside About 15 minutes after bringing it in the house, The Weapon Discharged/FIRED by Itself Two Times in a row. It Thawed out i guess. Luckily i had no rounds in it. I thought Maybe Either the BuNa oring froze OR The Grease / Oil i use froze (super lube PTFE & 100% SiliconeAirsoft oil) All are rated way below freezing temp. -40 degrees Either the oring got Stuck or Something Froze Caused Self Discharge when thawed out. So whatever the case * if you pulls trigger & nothing happens, Unload All Ammo immediately

@@TheJerzeyGuy if you need good quality o'rings then buy diving o'rings the same hardness that you need. Diving o'rings are high quality o'rings. I asked a company based in Cyprus that sell diving o'rings made in Netherlands to make custom o'rings 9.3x6.1x1.6mm PU 95A for the Umarex T4E guns and am waiting answer.
