Nice testing. I also saw these on Jon's channel test these at alternate arms. As you said, they look like they'll be a contender if they can resize them. Competition always helps everyone stay on top of their toes. It'll be nice to have other options out there for these more powerful markers. Great review! I appreciate your honesty.

Great demonstration. What i look for in balls is a consistent weight, size and shape. Seems they have all the pieces except the size is smaller than i would like to see. I think i have seen this comment in every LL video…”Why don’t they just make the balls bigger?” OR “Why don’t these launchers come with tighter barrels?” Really good fricken question. It’s the Bermuda Triangle of LL.

I hear ya, according to the owner of the company he's going to be selling a version 2 soon at 8.55g and close to if not.686 , for me, i can run these on my FSC since I have it setup for the green 5g riot balls, i can also run the 9.9g riot balls since they're also .682

If you're running a .686 barrel or pistelle x68 or grimburg gavel, yes absolutely. I personally run a FSC with a grimburg barrel, fits my green 5g riot balls perfectly. But on my Tippmann 98 i run a .684 barrel which also fits my green 5g riot balls perfectly. I say that because if you're running an fsc with lets say a .683 barrel, these will fit perfectly. But i did speak to the owner of less lethal ballistics and he says he's revising them to be closer to if not exactly.686 9.9 gram riot balls are if I'm not mistaken .682 as well. Those who run those can also run these smashers with no issues.

I know DW Harris tested the 9..9 grams and his first shot was 328 fps, then his second was 310 like your second shot, so I'm guessing maybe your first shot with the 8.4 gram was probably around 320ish, yes it's still close to 50 joules, but was hoping with 1 gram less it would hit at least above 350 fps, so still to slow and heavy for me. I'm guessing the next Smasher's will be 8.5 grams to take into account the extra material and weight that'll be added to make it a better bore match. I'd still be down to get this if someone does a test with the 11.5 inch extended barrel, which'll hopefull kick the FPS up to 400 or above. Thanks for the demo. Hopefully someone else tests the fps on stock Pistelle barrel with these rounds and we can compare if their numbers match up with yours.

@@theFormidable1 and to be honest, I don't know if my Chrono is 100% accurate while using it indoors, ill have to test outside and compare with indoor numbers.

Again I would think it would have a little higher fps than the 9.9g riot balls, but it would be great to see a retest with a better setting for your chrono and both launchers. Eagerly waiting on that vid bro

Do they lose there shape when they are fired at a hard surface and reused?

@@RandySpear that's a great question, I'll have to test that out soon, I'm going to be testing them out on my FSC with grimburg barrel soon, I'll see if I have ½" or ¾" plywood to see what happens.

Just wanted to point out that when weighing the rounds, theres a big differnce between 8.4 vs 8.04 or 5.8 vs 5.08 🫣 One thing I'm not sure about when signing up for his news letter is why he needs your phone number LoL.
