I know enough Elite Theory and Realpolitik to not get my hopes up that Trump can affect any real change, but, then again, we as peasants can't really affect politics as a non-Power Class. Best to just get back to improving ourselves, networking, and building a parallel group of Warrior Aristocrats, which _can_ make a difference when the current Elite grow complacent and tyrannical, as all oligarchies eventually do. To that end, I am happy to report that though temporarily disqualified, the Army gave me an "in" come March of next year. I already got my therapist (really more of a fun guy I pay to shoot the shlt with who's bound to LCSW-Patient Confidentiality) to provide a positive report and can get two other psychiatrists to affirm his opinion. Just gotta prove I'm not sad or insane (which I'm not, in the grand scheme of things), and that combined with my 99 ASVAB and 107 DLAB (already studying to retake it in six months, won't be caught by surprise again), would make me optimistic if I weren't a realist.
