Ok first, Dom is uber adorable! 😍🥰 and 2nd, love the room. When the wife and i buy a house i want to do a music room and have 1 black wall but now seeing yours all black might be kinda cool. Will depend on how much natural light is in the room.

It should’ve started that groove into a song but I guess the band members don’t have any snap for that. Be a little show boys. 🙄

Oh, I heard everything about thin crash cymbals. I stopped using thin crash cymbals because I feel like they'll last for a while. In contrast to this, I'm into the medium-weight crashes, rides, and hats because I'm more of a standard drummer who plays rock, mostly pop, R&B, and hip-hop music. So I'm more like a blend. Furthermore, I enjoyed your paiste collection so far, Molly. I got a bunch of Paiste Cymbals from the PST series.

In my experience, changing the bottom head has always offered much more tonal and tuning capabilities. I used to be like you and not change them but to be honest there’s no reason the reso head should be breaking. So don’t feel like in this economy it wouldn’t make a difference.

Hey just a tip for premier, you can actually right click on the two audio files and click 'synchronize" and it'll sync the clips up so you don't have to do it manually with the waveforms :)

You don't always make alot of money touring unless you've been at it for years and built a reputation. My husband was a touring musician for years, newly retired and still does studio work for those who need him but touring doesn't equal wealthy or rich lol it means grueling hours, set ups and tear downs, being sick and nobody cares lol i will say this... even mediocre musicians can tour. It doesn't mean they're amazing at their craft but needed more so to fill a gap quickly. RYAN Upchurch for example is a really really bad live entertainer, he sings so flat your ears will bleed. #fact Yet, give somebody a number one song mixed in a studio, only to realize they can't even perform live without needing alot effects on their voice, they're that flat! Hoping that boy fades away quickly in my opinion lol My hubby will be part of a reality tv show that's called "fameless" and it revolves around a touring musician and his road to stardom (or not) 😉 we'll see! Lol incredible performer though. His name is Robert Hunter and his book "relapse and revival" tour! Check it out! 😉✌🏻

I have that same Arctic White Epi Les Paul.. and the Gibson version too.. part of my collection.. i used to gig the Gibson, but i stopped before it started showing wear.. i really like it and didn't want it suffering the road rash.. the Epi I picked up in a pawn shop about 20 years ago for $200 with a gibson brown/pink case.. which my Gibson is in now.. funny thing.. i'm no drummer.. not even close.. but i collect gear.. everything from instruments to recording gear to live/stage gear.. you name it, I have an overabundance of it all.. it's my retirement plan.. i have probably 10 full sets of acoustic drums.. plus straggling parts and pieces.. and 5 or 6 electronic sets.. roland/yamaha etc.. plus a few drum machines.. including an old 808.. i wish i could play, but i'm just not coordinated enough.. so i play guitar instead.. lol.. been at it 47 years..
