I just got one of these (upgrading from a Thrustmaster T150), and I'd have to say this review is spot on. I did look at the Moza and the Camus, but ultimately I went with the CSL DD due mostly to it being cheaper than the Moza R5, and more upgradable than either the Moza or the Cammus. Totally happy with my purchase, and it shipped within the time frame indicated on the website. One other con I'd mention is that it's PC only. Not an issue if you race PC only like me, but definitely is an issue if you want to use it for console racing. I gotta try that Brake mod... :)

Well all I know I can plat PC1 without issues with mix of max and mid settings on my I5 4660 with integrated graphic , I can play pc2 also but no meter as I choose low or max settings it just isn't snoot at all , I know , but for some players with laptops and older PCs it means a lot

The worst game ever i paid money for, i have fanatec rig and this game cant remap no single button no wheel nothing. Any way this game is the WORST

I have a lot of hours in the new forza, even if I have a pretty high end pc, I prefer to play it on the Xbox series X, it's a lot more stable and less buggy. What I hope they would improve it's the car sounds, some sounds are great other are terrible, and sounds like the old gran turismo games on ps2...another thing it's i wish they would bring back is the exhausts and wiper blades rattling of FM7 because it's gave a sense of speed like no other.... Their is still a lot to improve but overall the handling is a lot more realistic than the older ones but my main complain it's the single player career is aweful, I don't know why GT and Forza struggle so much with this these days, FM4 and GT4 are still the best single player simcade experience you can get to this day, with the manifacturer rivality like mitsubishi vs subaru and stuff like this it's was much more interesting

Quick and to the point. This was a simple google search. Made it a point to come make this commment to show some love. It deserved it. Hoping to find some answers. And wha la And right away you got me where I could use my fanatec ddpro and pedals for the game. Like you said it isn’t the most realistic game, but it is a fun game to whip a car around for the sake of it. Acc and iRacing is to serious for its own good and just need a little reprieve. I've been a die-hard GranTursimo playersince the PS1 and having recently discovered FM7, I have to say I'm impressed with it, even with it's age. I can't say I've really liked GT Sport.

I'm the 11,111th viewer apparently. Incredible video, pretty much all the information I wanted to know in one place. I can't wait to try this out. I bought QR2 upgrade back when it came out and was frustrated I couldn't get the game to work. Going through Fanatec forums it really seemed hopeless for Fanatec to fix this in a new update, and community wasn't very helpful. This video changes everything and renews hope that I can make my GT DD Pro with Heusinkveld Sprints work in game! Question. I know this video is for Forza Horizon 5. With Forza Horizon 4 being delisted in December, have you revisited the game since making this video and happen to know if the same steps let the wheel work in that game as well? I was having issues with both games. This is the only video I have found regarding the Forza Horizon games that seems more or less current in how to get things to work.

Do you think the Playseat Trophy is as good as this??

I use the breaking line and have recently turned off traction and stability. the breaking line let's me know where they suggest I slow down and use it for late breaking which has made me faster.

Do I need the stand or is there a clip on the base that I can attack to my table?

Hope all is well. I've had ams2 for some time and only put a few hours on it. Today I jumped on the track and, I too was blown away with the ffb. I most definitely will be spending more time on it for sure! That and asseto corsa (ac) Haven't got acc just yet but that is most definitely on the to-get list. Thank you for the update. This video made up my mind to spend more time in ams2. Cheers & happy racing

I’ve had mine for 4 years - and definitely don’t regret it, and the few “cons” he mentioned - well, are true! But they aren’t a big deal at all. While racing, I don’t even notice the fan. The mounting bolts…could be better, but I installed without issue! Overall, it has been solid and reliable and I’ve put over 2000 hours runtime, with no issue. I’ve had to tweak the settings (but doesn’t) and it works and feels great. I’ve used some friends’ non-DD rigs, and they don’t compare at all. They like my V2 much better also. And I’ve driven some other friends DD rigs. …good comparison, but they spent twice as much - and it isn’t worth twice as much (to me). Overall, Accuforce V2 Pro is an awesome kit…it will not disappoint!!

Hello, any new updates on VNM Lights?

If you took Forza 7. Added the slight refined graphics of motorsport. Added the tire physics but kept the gameplay options we would have a winner! Also... when are we gonna get back to Horizon 3 exhaust /turbo/ blow off valve/ wastegate noises again? That was the best imo for forza sounds.

Good video. Something to note, though, is that if you want the game to be "smoother," you would want a higher framerate. The higher the framerate, the smoother the gameplay. If you have a monitor that supports higher than 60 FPS (and you really should), you'd be better off lowering some graphical options so that your average framerate could be at least around 90.

I would think there would be some wheel stand built out of profile aluminum.
