how is this possible while keeping back straight? Mine rounds alot
@szyszak94242 жыл бұрын
I found out that working only in eccentric phase to feel that deep stretch in low back doesnt cause any low back pain and make those muscles realy relax instead of going back to the starting position. Over time it should relax the compressed spine, is that right?

Hey! Great one thank you, just wondering if you're squeezing your glutes to prevent lower back pain or letting everything loose? :)
@emmarobson45803 жыл бұрын
When you are first learning it is likely that a lot of things will tense it order to help find the articulation and movement pattern. As the movement becomes more familiar you should be able to relax. If you are experiencing lower back pain I’d suggest doing a smaller magnitude of wave. It’s not always bigger equals better. I hope that helps.
