The algo sent me here but, as a non-modeller, I don't know why. That said, I'm now avidly following this series and have visited other rubber powered flight sites now too; it's a fascinating, exact hobby! In this episode you described the model as a 'Wakefield' and I wondered what that meant? Thanks.

Hello thanks for posting. I have just bought one of these engines second hand and stupid question, how does the carburetor come off? I've tried twisting and pulling with limited force but dont want to damage it. Sorry new to all this. Thanks
@MarkRobinson5552 күн бұрын
Just loosen the grub screws and it should just pull out, perhaps with a slight twist to help

Hello, I'm looking at how you attach the cabin with screws, it's nice, it's nice, and I want to ask, please, is it better to use screws or glue, why do you choose the screws, it's better than glue, thank you very much for the answer, you have good hands
@MarkRobinson5556 күн бұрын
I always attach this type of canopy with screws as it is the strongest option, as it can only be glued on the sides, however on mor traditional vintage planes I always use glue. Hope that helps
