Jumpsuit is gorgeous! And I'm saying that as a non-fan of jumpsuits for myself and most others. You are rocking it! And I'm digging the black dolman-sleeved casual wrap cardigan. Yummy cozy! 🤩

Yes, Diana, I'd love to see how you do a vision board... especially on Pinterest. I love your channel. I found you about 2 mos. ago, and I can't get enough. I realized that over the past year I'd quit wearing the scarves I have while recovering from 2 major back surgeries. I've only recently been able to return to some of my usual activities. I was surprised to discover that I have about 25 scarves! So, I got them all out & hung them on a closet door where I can easily see them. I'm making a conscious effort to wear one nearly every day, EVEN if I'm not going anywhere! I love how a scarf elevates a simple tee & jeans! Last week, along with gold earrings & a necklace, I wore a scarf tied around my neck together with a scarf tied into a "jacket!" I thought it was a bit much, but I received so many compliments, that I realized it just looked really good! And unique! Thanks so much for your creativity and encouragement! Keep on doing what your doing! I am risking "un-blahing" myself! ❤🎉 Shirley from Texas ❤🎉

The 2nd bra, the pink, is great for us cancer gals. A little cutlet can be put in, to kind of "even us out", and it's padding is light. Very comfy! And just to be clear, I will forever say boobs! Boobies if I'm feeling spicy😂

Thank you for the fun video. I have way too many of everything. Scarves of all dimensions, brooches, hats, jewelry and I love to embellish clothing; been doing it for decades... As a kid my mother would say to us girls "don't be a clothes horse." Too late.

If some body type is in fashion I seem to always have the opposite. If I use this will hairy legs come into fashion??

These styles look so cute on you! I just came across ur channel bc it just popped up and at first, I was dreading it bc I’m black and every time I tie my head up in a scarf to go out I’m trying not to look like Aunt Jemima. But you just showed me how to style it and pair it with a nice outfit. And of course I’m a fan of wearing big hoop earrings which I wear all the time. Thank you 😂!

I needed this device when I was younger. Does it work on the chinny chin chin?😊
@unblahyourselfКүн бұрын
@sadel21 I have a coarse chin hair and neck hair that I use it on. I think it would work as long as the skin to hair color difference worked.

I'm not too concerned about leg or armpit hair, but I do have dark hair on my chin and upper lip that I have to (choose to) remove daily. Just wondering if this gadget would work on the face too? I've read that it's more of a hormone thing, so maybe not...? 🤔

Years ago I had a few long flowy chiffon scarfs and made up a way to tie them to compliment my outfit. I didn't know what i doing but thought why not. At work people were asking me how i did it. So don't be hard on yourselves and just try it!

I’d add colour. I used to joke with my mother that I could never find her in the shops because everyone her age wore the same faded pink/beige coats. Tasteful neutral colours on top of the grey hair and the palor that comes with age is a mistake. That greyish colouring looks great with jewel tones and black. Also a red lip.

Great video and I would love to hear more. I moved to the sea aged 40, which was my lifelong dream. But let’s be clear: a) it took work; b) I had help; c) some very difficult life events have still happened here - but being near the sea made it so much easier to cope.

Question: How can you ‘stealthily’ hide the pouch bag behind you if the strap can still be seen?
@unblahyourself2 күн бұрын
@ceetee100 it's mostly covered by my coat. Never caused me an issue, and if it did it could be shoved inside the larger bag.

I recently became interested in protective styles to try to repair my damaged hair. Been thinking I need to keep the moisture in and protect it so it will grow out nicer. I do like the look of scarves but never knew how to actually wear them to stay on and look nice. This is great. I am going to try this.

Very cute and helpful video! If no one else said this, be aware that Black women often wear other people's hair or fake hair. Getting real hair is actually expensive. One reason they do this is because black hair care is really tricky and really different to white hair care. I didn't realize how different black hair was until I stumbled on hair care videos for black hair. I was trying to find things to help with my daughter's long curly hair, because it got soooo tangled and took forever to get the tangles out. A lot of curly hair videos were aimed at black women. I realized after watching some, that the more curly your hair is, the more easily it gets tangled and the more difficult it is to keep it detangled. The strands are also thinner and more prone to breaking easily. I wasn't aware that the care was so different! Many black women put their hair in "protective styles", often meaning they are braided along the scalp to keep the hair from being destroyed. Then, they wear wigs over their protected hair while it grows longer under protection. It's really interesting to watch and learn, and it helps understand cultural differences a little bit. Also, when they talk about their edges, I think it is because the hair is easier to break. If care is not taken, all their hair along the borders will break off because of styling or everyday wear and tear. This is one reason they often wear wraps, and some wear silky head wraps to sleep in every night to protect their hair.
