I was excited for the garlic bread until I realized it's just eggs and cheese. I wish I could be one of those people out there that can lie to myself and believe it, but I'm too genuine for that. That's not bread, it's cheesy garlic eggs. Also, net carbs aren't a real thing. It's a lie the fitness community created to cheat the diet system. Total carbs are the true number and what your body understands and sees. Your body isn't doing mathematical calculations adding from here or taking from there.

The Teflon issue is anything over 500 degrees. Air fryers only top out at 400 degrees; so you’re safe! :)

How do you keep batches warm while air frying the next batch? (e.g. chicken wings)

I’ve found The Cosori Turbo Blaze and the Ninja Pro XL get the same great results EXCEPT the Ninja has a ceramic drawer and plate. The ninja is a little more expensive but if you’re (perhaps rightfully) scared of Teflon in the Cosori, consider the Ninja.

News Flash: Philips have now brought out an air fryer with a steaming function! It's the Philips Airfryer 5000 Series Dual Basket. The larger basket on the right has 3 functions. It can air fry, steam, or a combination of the two. I just got mine and tested it out tonight. Besides never owning an air fryer before and having to trial how long to cook for, it turned out great.

I have had the circle basket ninja, didn't regret having that for the 2 or 3 years i've owned it. But looking to possibly upgrade to a double basket as I think it might be nice to have the ability to cook two things at different temps at once. Otherwise the circle ninja is perfect in my opinion.

Air fryers are complete junk. They are for people who can't cook but even then still shouldn't be used. They don't cook food properly. New fad to sell to people. They are complete shid.

To make this 100% easier just pick up a rotisserie chicken from your favorite store and this is a 5 minute dinner for your family or meal prep.

Loads of great points I never thought of in this video. Any oil that drains from the food into the bottom, I pour back over my food, mainly because I am counting every calorie these days and doing that means I know I am eating the calories I think I am eating. It also get most of the oil out of the air fryer each time. You're not really putting water in and letting bacon fat go in the water are you?! That stuff is liquid gold. At least pour it into a jar and keep it in the fridge or freezer! *Speedy cooking:* I put a quarter of a 400g quiche in that said bake in a (Fan) oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins (from the fridge) and in the air fryer, it was starting to burn on top and piping hot after just 12 mins at 180°C. Judging from that, I reckon the slice of quiche would take perhaps 4 to 6 mins in the air fryer! Quite a difference - but I am cooking only a small quarter slice, so perhaps that's why. Usually if the instructions say 25 mins for any given food, I just do it for 16 to 18 mins in the air fryer. I just do everything at 180°C. Nothing has ever come out of that air fryer undercooked! Overcooked... many times. 🤔Aldi's Large Spring rolls say 16 to 18 mins in an oven, they are done after 14 mins in the small air fryer. Even that's perhaps overdoing it and they could be done in 12 or 13 mins.
