Hey man, where is the follow up ride and review video regarding your Legend Shocks and forks. I have been waiting because I have a softail too and am trying to decide if I should do Progressive 422 shocks and Legend Axel montotube springs or maybe Race Tech & Gold valve emulators.......

Softail deluxe - contemplating Revo A and Axel set up but would like to see your ride and review (opinion). I have the Legend system on my Road King Special but the Softail Deluxe rear suspension is a different animal...... would really appreciate the follow up video.....

@@trippontwowheels I bought a road king special but kept the Softail Deluxe too - can you just summarize the difference in how the bike responded and did it improve in cornering because my softail shocks / front forks dips and dives like an Olympic diver jumping on a spring board, especially around a highway corner......

@chadwickmulvahill6925 The Revo’s fix all of that. Front improves handling, rear improves ride. My bike did the same. Amazing difference.

Steel wool is the WORST possible thing you can do to chrome. Leaves a microscopic residue of iron particles that quickly rust, and that rust gets transferred to your chrome.

That’s why you clean and polish the chrome once you’re done with the steel wool.

I just bought a 2024 Nightster RH975. It’s an easy bike to love. Feels light and is very comfortable. It’s also very sophisticated for the price. I also own a 2022 Triumph Street Twin which I’ll use for comparison. The Nightster looks great and the seat is more comfortable than the Triumph. However, the Triumph clutch is lighter to pull and much smoother. Triumph shifter is also clean and direct where the Nightster is vague. As for stock sound, the Triumph is again much better. The Triumph has 65hp while the Nighterster has 90, but the Triumph feels more powerful because torque is available immediately. After break in I’ll have access to more power from the Nightster with higher revs. When pushing either bike around in my garage the Nightster feels much lighter due to low center of gravity while it weighs 4 pounds more than the Triumph. Both bikes are exactly what I want and both are unique. The Nightster requires some after market help while the Triumph is perfect in stock form. One last thing, the Nightster is hot on the right side especially at an intersection. That heat shield needs improvement or your right leg will cook. Conclusion, I happy with both bikes. They are so different yet kind of alike.

Your videos are always helpful. Is there anyway that you could tell me which way the two fuel lines on the left side of the tank get connected? I think one is a fuel return and a vent maybe? My tank is marked with a blue dot but neither hose is marked. One of the hoses runs down through the bike and out by the kickstand, should it be connected to the port on the tank with the blue dot or the other port? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping I could see it in your video but you didn't go that far

the best way is rust remover - evaporust, which not damage other metals. Than use so sealer, to protect further rusting.
@PentaxBlogger
@PentaxBlogger 17 күн бұрын
1st of all: YOU CAN'T REMOVE RUST from chrome. All you can do is remove rust residue from parts of chrome where rust did not yet started. Essentially where the rust is poking out through chrome, there are the holes to the bare metal and will rust further until part will be properly chromed plated again (which is not easy or simple process).

Thanks, it was fun watching your video. I own a 2020 Vulcan S since November 2023. The first thing I modernized is the rear light unit. Because that is in my opinion the ugliest thing about the Vulcan S. I am happy with the result and the rear tire also looks much nicer.

In 2019 i purchased a HD RGU. I average about 25K miles a year (I do Iron Butt Rides) yet this bike, bought new with the 114 M8, to date only has 19K on it. Why, because the motor (which is bone stock, has been rebuilt 4 times in that time. Yes 4. Why, well it has the supposed 2020 oil pump and the first time it was because of oil starvation to the top end. The second was due to the same thing when I insisted on having a aftermarket oil pump installed. The next were various part failures including gaskets and juggs out of round. Yeah, Harley has abandoned all quality contrail. Next bike I will go back to Goldwings, 300K with no issues.
