The SC 350 allows you to accurately drill drawer fronts, drawer boxes and doors for hardware in just seconds!
I need to adjust jigs, mark out fronts or do math to figure out handle placement.
Save several minutes per drawer front for drilling hardware over using a jig to drill drawer fronts.
It features a unique, self centering fence system that centers the front perfectly every time for drilling of knob or handle holes. Allows for centered placement of handles or knobs on fronts as small as 5”x5” to as large as 36” x 15”.
The drills are easily adjustable with a front mounted adjustment wheel with a digital metric indicator for center to center spacing as small as 2 1/2”/ 65mm to as big as 13 3/4” / 350mm.
Fence and stops are easily fixed for fronts that need hardware placed at fixed positions such as doors or drawer fronts with multiple handles.
Requires no tools or tape measures for regular set ups and adjustments.
No power needed! Drills are air operated and requires only a standard air hose for operation. On board air tank ensures air drills have sufficient volume of air to operate smoothly.
Air drills operate independently to allow for handle or knob placement.
Safety is ensured with 2 hand operation.
Drill button console is movable, allowing for operation of drills when drilling oversized panels.
Hold down features a removable/ replaceable backstop that reduces blowout, while protecting the operator.
Machine comes standard with base on 4” caster wheels with 2 locking wheels so it can be easily moved anywhere in shop.
Side tables for placing fronts on create a U-shaped work cell for efficient handling of parts during processing. Table fold down to save space when not in use.
