The gas pump handles in California have larger diameter boots on rhem that may not fit in the opening. I did the same in my 64 f-100 and it is a tight fit.

How did you give power to the aftermarket fuse block? I didn’t notice an area for a battery to fuse box run. Have a similar 21 circuit kit

I'm figuring out how to do this on my 86 GMC. Your fuel filler door mechanism is a great idea! Try a modern self sealing "gas hole", then you don't have to worry about removing a gas cap.

What does the twisted pink and orange wire goto? I ordered a 2009 vic wire diagram to help with the thousand other questions I have haha. I got my harness thinned down pretty good. My injectors aren’t firing off now…oops. So I had to get this book to see where I went wrong.

Love the Ford tractor blue I think that's the most apropos color for your project. I don't have anything against genuine patina but I sincerely believe that when you put as much time effort and obviously money into a project as this it deserves a real paint job.

Great video had one question I am using a 2008 Grand Marquis and it doesn't have a canbus wire on the small firewall plug it was not equipped with one does it need it?

I am about to embark on this journey and was wondering if originality inside doesn’t matter at all, would it be practical to just modify the dash to accept the gauge cluster and switches?
