I just found you and wish there was something recent from you. How are you doing? I hope all is well and you’re just out there enjoying your life. I have 200+ lbs to release and it’s been challenging to find others that have had a significantly large loss by doing raw till 4 still actively sharing their long term results. I feel best eating this way and am hoping your long term results are favorable. I’d really appreciate it if you replied to this comment. Do you have any other social media accounts? Thanks and take god care. 🙏🏻❤

Thank you very much for sharing your story, as well as your diet info, very kind of you. I have questions regarding to the fruitarian diet. I have been vegan for 5 years, just shifted to raw vegan for the past 2 month but I haven’t seen any drop on my weight. I’m also yo-yo dieter for the past years and i’m so struggling with losing weight. It’s so difficult for me, my body just stay the same, plateau. My friends follow raw fruit diet and lost around 15 pounds in 2 months. Any advice from you? Thank you

Re that white rice meal....Could i mix the dinner with it & eat half at lunch & rest at night? Not meant to be shade mate but that rice looked sad. i like a mix of both veg & starch. Also ...saw that spice mix in your other vids...do u throw it on whilst cooking? or add after?

Where's is God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, credit??? With out him you wouldn't have made it this far. Give Honor and Respect to whom it is due. This was the Hand of God and his Mercy 💗 on your mind and heart,( and please don't forget your life, like you said you was afraid of dying!) that gave you the strength and encouraged you through this extremely difficult and hard journey let it be told it wasn't nothing that you found God gave it to you, his mercy and Grace showed up in your life, be grateful to him first and then to yourself and others. Haven't I drawn the with Love and kindness. Peace be still 😇🔥💖🙏, I pray we all be ready to meet our soon coming King 👑 Jesus Christ face to face.

Very interesting to see more vegan women saying they would date meat-eaters than male vegans do. Actually most male vegans I've seen say they would never date someone who eats MEAT. But really, How can you be in a relationship with someone who's lifestyle is so detrimental to everything you believe in? It's not a matter of eating this tomato or that tomato. It's not just a preference. A non-vegan way of life is highly damaging to the environment, promotes incredible violence towards innocent beings who are unable to defend themselves, while at the same time dangerously toxic to our own health and well-being!! But yes, let's allow our partners to do what they want and EAT what they want. Every time you sit down with them, and see them eat bacon or pork chops or prime rib or roasted chicken, you know those animals DIED needlessly and often times with unimaginable pain and suffering, and it doesn't affect you? By you allowing the abuse to go on means you now are part of the problem. And if your partner ALSO realizes this, and continues to eat meat, eggs, and dairy, that makes it doubly worse. Because it's not as though what they're doing doesn't affect anyone else, YOUR choices Do affect me. It also affects hundreds of thousands of LIVE animals EVERY SINGLE DAY, and destroys this planet, not just today but in years to come. Whatever choices you make, your children thanks you. For better or worse. Remember that.

You're looking lean & clean, brother. Besides patreon, Go Fund Me type sites, I recommend emailing/Facebook msg all the plant based doctor & gurus to see if they have connections for you. There may be a surgeon who wants to promote the cause & may offer grant, maybe someone will want to document the surgery for a film etc. Hit up the people who produced the last few plant based films. They are certainly working on new projects you might join. Try dome natural peeps like raw food folks or Chinese medicine/Ayurveda/accupunture etc. These people may want the notoriety that comes from the success & might do treatment for free... Reach out. Can't hurt. You've got time before hand so, play all the cards. Best to you.

Hi J.R. I have been watching your video's and I am so impressed with you weight loss and motivation. Just yesterday I started on your weight loss venture...I am eating nothing but fruit and salads and wanted to know if I could eat the vegetarian Cantina bowl from Taco bell, it has rice and beans,salad sour cream and Guacamole or is that to many calories and fat. I also would like to know if you still coach people because I could really use your help...My name is Lesa Hardy and from Cleveland, Ohio
@j.r.77037 жыл бұрын
Hi Lesa! Thank you for commenting, and congrats on taking charge over your health. To answer your question, and this is based off my own first hand experience, when I keep my fat intake between the 5-10% of my daily calories that's when I'm at my leanest. For some people they need to go lower, and for some people they need to go higher. Dietary fats will help you stay fuller and longer but could curb weight loss. I notice when I cut my fats to under 5% I'm moody, lethargic, and I never feel satisfied. My fat intake at the current moment is a clif bar and an avocado a day. You have to find what works for you. I notice when people start a plant based diet they go balls to the wall and drop all fats...and they usually end up crashing an bingeing. As far as sour cream...not me...no animal products go into this body haha. But yes, experiment, research, and see how you feel.

lesa thigpen And honestly Lesa, I've never really coached anyone. Maybe trained in the gym and advised here and there about nutrition, but nothing that thorough.

Thank you for inquiring on how I'm doing :) I'm doing excellent! I've still maintained my 260 lb weight loss, working out 5 days a week, eating high carb vegan, and planning on doing excess skin surgery this upcoming winter. I decided to no longer make videos, because my intention and goal with these videos was to get my story out there and show what can be done on a plant based vegan diet. I am no longer on Facebook or any other social media outlet and I've been meaning to take down my links. If things change, I would be open to making videos later on down the road. For now, I'm leaving it as is :) Thank you again for checking in.

Thanks for the inspiration, man. I'm starting a plant based lifestyle myself. And this video really hit home with me. I've had similar experiences. I once weighed over 400lbs. I weigh about 360 now but I'm struggling very hard to keep it going. But I think as long as I focus on the future a keep looking forward I know I'll succeed. Tnx. Take care.
