Jared, you look amazing! Your eyes are bright and shiny. I'm digging the picture of you out hiking the great outdoors, healthy and happy. Personally, I find "What I Eat In A Day" videos EXTREMELY helpful. Even it was a video of all monomeals I'm drawn to watching them, especially when I'm hungry or struggling to stay on track. More of these would be amazeballs! Thank you for being my inspiration today.

Good to see that I can purchase some "Raw Protein"......I really do not want to eat nuts right now so I can keep my fat % down to 5%..... Thanks for sharing JR. I am on day 8 and my workout are increasing more day by day....unbelievable to me.

***** Yeah man I really dig the Raw Protein. I noticed very early on (when I was 100% raw) that I was very sore for days on end after an intense workout, and so I started incorporating the raw protein into my post workout smoothie and it made a world of difference. I didn't have that muscle or joint pain, or it wasn't as prevalent I should say. The raw meal brand that they carry is pretty good, but its a little higher fat and the consistency isn't as good as the raw protein. And my advice is to go with the vanilla flavor. The chocolate has cacao in it. Not so good.

Right on. Thank you for replying. Day 12 today and I am feeling a significant difference in my clothes. I don't want to get on the scale for another week or two. THIS IS the best I have felt in years. Thank you again JR so much.

Thank you Daniel! I've actually been thinking about doing some short workout videos in the future, just to show people what my workout routine is like. Or at least add some snippets here and there in some of my future videos.

Hey) just have one question about B12, do you take them? And nuts,do you eat them?

Hello Maggs, I do not take any B12 supplements, or any supplements for that matter, and no B12 injections. As far as nuts, I do eat raw almonds and cashews from time to time. I do have to watch the quantity that I eat, because with the amount of weight that I had lost, any type of fat that I take in can be stored immediately so I really monitor how much overt fats I take in. Plus, I notice when I eat nuts I don't feel as good. My energy levels drop, and I notice as far as digestion, for me, they aren't the best. But there just so damn good! haha.

Just found you and I love your videos! Love your attitude as well! By the way try putting some PB2 and a few dates in your blueberry banana smoothie-it's AMAZING. Seriously, unbelievably good. Try it!

I was looking at the raw protein earlier this week, how do you like it and have you tried the chocolate one yet??

I love it! The vanilla flavor by Garden Of Live is the best. I've tried the chocolate one once, and didn't care for it all that much. Plus it has Cacao in it which has been shown to have many health side effects.

J.R. Monesmith I can see where it was consumed regularly, many people don't realize the positive effects of it. I've researched and when I do I prefer cacao than cocoa, it also is a superfood and cleanses your pineal gland and endocrine system. Those are like the plumbing pipes in your body, need to keep them cleansed and clean. Especially with all the toxins we've eaten over the years and sodium fluoride from tooth paste and mouth washes, heavy metals and toxins from fillings to vaccines.

Thank you Amit77! To answer your question, no, I am no longer losing weight. I honestly feel as tho I have nothing else really to lose at this point. At almost 6'4", 225 lbs, and 25 lbs or so of excess skin, I'm realistically 200 lbs. I'm right where I want to be. With the dietary intake I follow now I've been able to maintain my weight for the past year and a half. This is where my body seems to be the most comfortable.

Wow that's really impressive man. A year and a half at the same weight and have not been tempted to go back to eating crap? Wow. That's a great achievement right there. Congrats

amit77 Nope. I love this lifestyle. For me this is sustainable, and going back to eating crap will just make me fat and unhealthy again, and that's the last thing I want! Thank you for your comments.
