"What if we kissed on the weird hallway bench?" I'm not saying no, but I don't think your wife would appreciate that very much.

my two favorite things about mansions: 1. the weird chairs. you're right. there's always at least one weird chair. i don't remember which celebrity it was (i THINK rihanna??), but there was an accent chair that looked like the nike swoop made of petrified wood; and if you've seen that diaper thing sumo wrestlers wear, that's about how much of your ass can fit on this chair. you'd get a wedgie and a back ache sitting on this chair. 2. they always invent Normal Living room. they have these cavernous, uncomfortable rooms that they never spend time in. they'll proudly lead the person touring to a smaller, normal sized room with soft looking couches. "that's the living room, but we actually don't really hang out in there. we sit in here most of the time! it's so cozy." the lesson here _should_ be that these houses aren't made for human living. they bought it as a status symbol and hate being in most of it. rooms this large are unpleasant to be in. it would make more sense and be an example of capitalism as intended if they bought a normal house and simply put their money back into circulation in the economy. but they don't learn that lesson. they continue to hoard their riches and assume it's a one-off. no one else has preferred a room with windows and a couch over a tomb with gold crown molding before. it's just them. they are unique.

If you do a sequel, check out 61 The Bridal Path in Toronto. There’s one washroom in particular that has a lot of glass/windows. 🙃 I’m shocked it’s still on the market to be honest, given who used to live there. It’s had two price drops in the last several years as well. It’s only $16,880,000CAD now! 😛

This is awesome. I am so happy that you are exploring some new formats. But to get the full experience you have to sit next to your wife while she is getting "ideas" for a renovation.

I grew up in that house back when it was just the lean-to and shrub-grass. Looks like they did some remodeling after old Uncle Chester sold it for two bits and a Wonka nut bar.

You can make any subject funny and entertaining. I didn’t even know you had a second channel. I didn’t even have to look for it, finding it was super easy, barely an inconvenience.

This makes me think of a hilarious series of videos from Jellopocalypse where they each would pretend to be a real estate agent trying to sell the most outlandish properties. While the channel has condensed all of the videos into a single one on the channel, I highly recommend that if people have time, they find the original ones as there's so many missing jokes. The constant refrain of "Are you ready to buy?" just got funnier and funnier 😂

Hi, professional Chicagoan here, Lake Michigan does not look that blue, that image has had its saturation increased. The lake does look really nice though, would recommend going on a walk near it. Actually, it is is probably that blue further out in the lake, forgot that we were viewing it high up.

My ideal home would be probably around 3k sqft. 1k for myself, between bedroom, a media room(game and video), a liberay/display room(for my book/bluray/figure collections), a attached bathroom and an attached hottub room(I do not care for jazcuzzi, but I do want a proper hottub that I can both lie and sit in) then the rest are just.... normal. I'm not a particularly social person so I don't need extras on anything else, just a lot of space for myself.
