Hi Manshree.. there are several small but essential things that aspiring models wanna know about. For now I have one question, What hacks do you use to avoid foot pain while wearing high heels, because only practicing is not the key right?

Hey, my hack is to invest in a good heel, I been using Steve Madden they are expensive slightly but worth the money they last longer also and Trust me it works if the build of the heel is right then it does give you a comfort in distribution of the body weight right on your heel. Rest the pain is part of it no matter what you do, so I always carry my Comfy sneakers along to rest my feet up time to time. Exercise if your feet have strength then you can sustain yourself for a little longer with the pain. I would suggest you to not go above 6inch heels ever nd even if it is 6inch try wearing the one that have heel at the front also. For your daily use I would recommend you to step into boot heels they just comfy and great to get your feet used to of the heels. ( But be careful with heels and your body posture while you walk in them we don’t want to hurt that back )
