If you are a freelancer yes you should have a really good professional looking Instagram so that you can get work through Instagram and it works as a portfolio for you. But if you are a model assigned with an agency your Instagram doesn’t really matter there are so many great and successful models who are not at all active on Instagram. So it’s up to your choice, personal preference. I prefer maintaining social media because it does speak for you without saying anything.
