If you put a 7 speed cassette on your rear wheel & a jackshaft, your engine will last a lot longer, you will be able to climb steep hills, get better gas mileage & your top speed will be much higher.

Absolutely love the build bro! That thing screamed. Sad to hear it was a fail. That tone is pure music to the ears of people who know 2 strokes. I wish more people could understand how difficult it is to get the fuel, air and back pressure to work with each other. Seriously though, blowing through those intersections at 60mph. 😮😮 putting more trust in the drivers around you than I would. Plus, definitely time for some leathers. Dude, how long could you go at top speed until it would blow up. Could you actually travel for a good distance or is it likely going to not be able to handle the heat. I mean that thing is screamin. Maybe in cold weather. I used to ride my little 72cc honda clone for half hour strait at 7-8k rpm regularly to work with no issues but this seems like a different ball game.

How did you get it to rev that high, and at what rpm does it make the most power?? What bearings are you using that can handle that sort of revs??? Also, did you lose a lot of low end torque, does it still pull well??? Also, how did you determine that 13k rpm wouldn't just grenade the engine, did you do the math for the strain on the connecting rod??? This is a cool project, im just curious

You have to add more 2 stroke oil mixture in the tank and set your carburetor to not wet enough, because if you look at the handlebar, your piston looks burnt, bent and too dry😁🙏🏻
