Great video bud! Damn, I want a hydraulic press now. Your vids are great man, and I would like to see you keep making them. Just a wee bit of encouragement on the ripping through rural areas close to 60mph. I love the speed too, BUT try heading out to the outskirts for full on rips. There is with less cars, traffic, houses plus it makes for better vids. All it takes is a car or pedestrian to step out in front of you at those speeds you have min to zero stopping ability with your brake set up. You're representing all of us on these kit bikes bud when you're on the road.😎

Some tips for 2 stroke engines are, running richer always(better to run rich than lean) doing holes in the piston so it doesnt overheat and seizes, because this engines are made for forced cooling not just the air cooling and they overheat a lot, a 2 stroke engine needs to run betwen 50ºC and 100ºC max(literally 100 is the max max max max you can run it and it will probably seize) then doing the oil mix a little bit richer, like if its 3% oil put a little bit more so everything lubricates more and you will not lose power bcs the oil will go to bearings and not affect the ignition, then the holes in the piston you need to make them where the piston has surface of contact, like not on the exhaust port or intake(search in google and youtube) and the last thing is do little holes where the ring is bcs its a 1 ring piston and they are better than a 2 ring piston but they heat way more than a 2 ring, i will search the video i saw and try to leave the link down this comment so you can see it, keep this project up!! Greetings from Spain

Congratulations on the new camera, I used and still have them but the hero3+ for a year probably and worked great. But I wanted an upgrade like you did and bought a hero7 black used just like you did but I messed with the settings to get better color out of it and before that I let I be stock factory settings and it worked great for two months. Then I watched a video on how to get better lighting and video with that camera from a professional photographer that rides bikes and trails and he showed how to set it up better and I really looked great to be honest. But almost immediately it started running hotter to the touch and about three weeks later it got really hot and stayed like that. Now it worked like that till I stopped using it a month later but it would get so hot it would burn you if you held it in bare hands. I have join the GoPro subscription like a year before and the one I have covers all my GoPro cameras (it’s like $100 a years) new or old, so when I called them and told them I bought a used hero7 black camera and that it was getting very hot but still seems to work fine. They said to send it back and they said it was not my problem and they would take care of it for free. They couldn’t fix the 7 black cause it’s old so they gave me a brand new hero 9 black. So because I was part of the subscription through their app (Quik) and because I registered my camera (cause it’s how I download my footage to my phone) and then they completely took care of everything even though my cameras were sell used. So if your not part of that subscription with them were they cover your cameras and have a bunch of other perk (I got it originally for the footage storage cause that plan is unlimited video storage/cloud usage). So I definitely recommend getting that subscription if you can afford it cause it paid for itself easily a couple times already.

4k can make the cameras overheat. I stay at 2.7k now and it seems fine, with medium or high sharpness and it stillnlooks good
@JMB67611 ай бұрын
@@trentbikes yeah I bought these cameras to record in 4k n the new hero9 black they gave me to replace the 7 black that got hot takes such amazing videos and I was surprised cause I thought the 7 black was amazing but once I seen the side by side it was surprisingly better. But I was told that the 9’s heat up too but idk I feel if the camera is sold with those options it should just work. Especially if it’s a brand like GoPro. Either way best advice I can give you is just do you brother. If you like recording in 2.7k then do it cause most people can’t tell the difference and most importantly is you are happy doing since your the one that is doing all the work. Keep on keeping on brother.
@trentbikes11 ай бұрын
@@JMB676 Yeah tbh i dont think anyone can tell that much of a difference between 4k and 2.7k. 2.7k still has good quality with settings tweaking, why bother use 4K at this point, I render my videos in 1440P anyway (not 1080P because it looks trash on youtube, youtube compresses it), my camera doesnt have the 1440p option on 16:9 as far as I can see, so 2.7K it is. I think 1080P is noticeably worse, but havent tried that out. 2.7K is still decent, and doesn't heat up as much, use up as much battery and storage as 4k.
@JMB67611 ай бұрын
@@trentbikes yeah I had nooooo idea how much more storage recording in 4k would take up, I was burning through SD cards like crazy on longer recordings. But I can tell how much clearer it looks to me on my phone and tv when I watch it there and it’s definitely worth it. I still edit everything on my phone and I know it can do it all in high res but hopefully by end of this year I’ll be getting a new Mac mini to elevate my skills more soon. It all takes time and learning it all by teaching myself just takes time, especially since I have no idea what I’m doin lol.

Hopefully this will be helpfull in some kinda way' its just somethin i noticed when i was building my engine. Its the nuts that goes on your clutch and sprocket shaft. Theres not much thread bite on the threads of that nut that grab onto the shaft so what i do is take nut to grinding wheel and grind off that maybe 1mm of space on each side of nut that doesnt actually have any threads and grind till it comes down to end of threads, if you look close the threads dont come all the way to the end, there for that extra space pushes the nut more off the shaft and gives you less bite, if you file both ends of nut you can get like a whole nother thread or even like 1 1/2 ;] more, i just shave the other side of nut for the clearance for tge saf clucth so it dont scrape on that side either.
