Thank you so much for the video. What about players who can't access the folders - I play on Nvidia GeForce Now and unfortunately I can't open the folder or modify .ini files. Is there any way to have the same option just by using the console?

I lucked out. My girl plays on ragnarok with me. I transferred to gen2 built a house with a bed. I was doing my thing on the map and boom crash to Home Screen. When I logged back on to the gen2 server it went straight to create new character screen. Deleted my level 98 character. I started over. Lucky my girl got me back in the tribe on rag and I didn’t loose anything. But I’m super timid to do any transfers any more. Which sucks cause I need me a meawing. Idk how to do a safe transfer. I play on official server pve Nintendo switch.

Ok dub question 🙋 I subscribed to the mod I wanted sense it’s subscribed could I download it off of the internet, or same situation but it’s updating I have seen that it downloads during startup but I see on steam that it’s not downloading; though it is saying that it’s installing mods? It’s really confusing me. And sorry if it’s confusing you I just can’t explain stuff for shit. 🤣

If I remember correctly, you subscribe on steam but it won't start downloading and installing until you have launched ark and are on the main menu screen. Depending on the mod it could take up to 10 minutes and all the notifications of progress will be through ark and not steam Hopefully that makes sense

Also I don’t have experience in this but when I’m downloading a mod form the workshop (spificly a new mod) there is a progress bar when you tab out look into the download on steam…. I believe. I haven’t downloaded a lot of mods recently from the workshop. But I do wish there was a workshop mod that allows you to see the progression/ progress bar of the mod(s). Ya know for if your WiFi an’t working or if there’s any problems.
