So I have been seeking out gentler pants and trousers. I have a couple pairs of Pietra pants in mind for Autumn. One wide leg pair and one tapered leg. The waist is flat in front and elasticated in the back and that has been a better style for me lately with weight fluctuations.♥️

Good just popped up on my feed for the first time. I love all things sewing and also with helping me maintain my best health. At 50 I am maintaining the most excellent of health thanks to a ketogenic diet. My weight and personal eating habits have been up and down this year. Being stricter with keto and introducing carnivore is really helping me improve cravings for comfort food and thus improves my body weight. I am insulin resistant ant was pre diabetic. Not anymore. My heart arteries are completely clear of plaque so no heart disease either. I highly recommend for you to get a support system in place and am thoroughly impressed that you want to keep aspects of your life private btw. I understand the battle with adhd and all that accompanies that. Dr Eric Westman and adapt your life academy has helped me so much.
