You already mentioned it like with the Enforcer but the reason that the last video was so disliked wasn’t because you changed them so drastically. It’s because you thought 8 seconds of bleed was a buff and any buffed weapon was just given bleed stayed mostly shit because bleed is not a good buff, while several other weapons became godly. In essence it feels like the weapons needed a good old once over by a few more people. A good example, the syringes. The ideas behind them were great, but you made one of them a godly tool, and turned medic into scout without any real downside. Fun and unique but super unbalanced, changing a single stat would’ve fixed everything, while still keeping the unique and fun idea. So again it wasn’t really the way you changed the weapons, it’s more just the fact that everything was way off balanced. Because some of the ideas were cool and others were the Caber which cool idea but kinda useless on demo. Though really the stupid bleed is forever going to be a meme in this community now thanks to you. Glorious.

i feel like the Diamondback would be more interesting (and like its current in-game counterpart) if it had crits exclusively while you have a sapper deployed. Still have its -15% or whatever damage penalty, but it would give a bigger reason to use either the in-game red tape recorder, or especially the version you gave here.

If you had titled the first video something like "making goofy changes to tf2s weapons" the video would have recived way less hate, usually balancing videos want to balance weapons and classes, you also want balance but its clear you prioritize changing up the experience and making things more fun, i still think some changes are bs but i understand a lot of the changes you made in the first video now
