Honestly, my change for the caber would just be to make it function based on an ammo system. 3 cabers and once one blows up you get out another one by pressing reload. It might seem overpowered, but in reality, it balances itself out as the self-damage is high enough to make it something you have to use reasonable. That and it also doesn't have bleed damage added, that'd be too op.

My life needs bleed since bleed makes everything better. I also need on hit: makes the classic get nerfed. As for the classic- BUFFED!

sniper changes are bad sniper is an assassin he's sneaky and who ever dies by a sniper and says "oh that wasn't fair I couldn't see him" did you forget that in tf2 you die a lot if a sniper kills you take an other route most snipers i play against cant really fight in close range that is what nerfs the sniper yes sniper still can and will kill you from close range but it still helps since the other classes ( or most of them ) can kill sniper easily the engineer jag nerf is just dump-ish the slower sapper removal nerfs it already but now making its swing speed slower so that he cant keep his buildings up when attacked is just bad either make the jag take 4 swings to remove the sapper or leave the jag as it is and the Eurica effect nerf is VERY VERY IDIOTIC move the reason you get less ammo from ammo packs is cause you can teleport to spawn for 200 metal these buffs for heavy seem fine but I don't really fight or main heavy please PLEASE think about the people playing the class instead of just you

For the Huo-Long Heater: Why not take after the concept art, where the barrel is big enough to allow projectiles? Here's what I would do: instead of bullets, the heater shoots small (Firework) Rockets. Those rockets would have travel time, a small explosion radius and can ignite. The flame ring could trigger with each shot, as well the gun itself firing at about 120-140 Shots per Minute. Not sure how I would go about the properties like afterburn damage/duration or damage against burning players but in general: Enough damage that it has the same, if not higher DPS with applied Properties. As for the Ammo: Making each Rocket be the Ammo is logical (like the Dragon's Breath Ammo)
