Wow, you are a really, really talented acting teacher and you gave us a great method of acting. Unbelievably I never had before I’ve been taking a lot of film acting classes with different techniques but yours is brilliant and the best. I really appreciate that!!❤And love you🙏🎭

There used to be this Dutch "Power FM." - this is where I know this song from. But in the fall of 1992, they had also a song as their Power Play with the lyrics, "Just give me one sign and you will see I am the one, I am the one who meant to be." Of course, you probably don't know this song. For me, it was a very important time in my life-I was 18 and aspiring to get into law school. At the same time, the system in my country was changing rapidly. These stations, received via satellite, were something different because the music wasn't filtered through the tastes of editors at Polish radio stations of the time. Don't get me wrong-the music they selected, both Polish and international, was great. But Power FM-wow, that was something else. It was the West in real time. The same West I had seen few years prior, as a child on a Soviet pseudo-color Rubin TV. And now - it was within arm's reach. ;-) Instead of socialism - capitalism, where everyone could be the master of their own destiny. You seen powerty, yet - first changes too. No more Russians, and in general - a certainty that things were going to be great. And you know what? Things kind of did head in that direction. But I really miss that song - it would be such a treat to savor that time again. ;-) Especially, since the times are now so much worse, far less secure.

🎯👏🏽 This distinction so simple, so overlooked, so key! As a chameleon type actor (and person), agents, cds, etc, were confused about my type for so many years, very frustrating for me. Now in my mature years, and lots inner work and healing, am coming forth with confidence in my essence! Thank you so much for clarifying this Wendy, love your fabulous energy, and how much you offer professional and personal wisdom for the actor tribe 🙏🏽🎭♥️

Thanks wendy. I am using your advice for opera auditions. I still make mistakes but doing better. One thing I realize I need to lose is to mention something about the trip (usually a crazy quick very uncomfortable day trip to another country on a very low budget). I use some humorous stories from my travel and believed it breaks the ice, and get a polite respons usually (such as they might laugh at my jokes) but I understand now it distracts from their job and me possibility getting cast. I am supposed to show a slice of my stage work and it does not include my off stage life. Embaraasingly enough i might have done the shaking hand a long time ago, believing it was somehow brave and responsable but I now feel it has neebie and amateurish vibes. One question: I have been told to look at a point above the jurys faces when I sing, but always feel a bit peculiar when I do it, as If they are dissapointed and really want me to look them in the eyes or as If they think I am afraid to look them in the eyes. The thing is i am 1. Told to have especially big and expressive beautiful eyes (sounds a bit like bragging but its truth). 2. When performing small spaces as a singer songwriter I would be in the habit sometimes to look the audience deep in the eyes. So somehow I feel a bit uncomplete when I avoid it and they may pick up on it, or they may actually long for me to look at them? I feel a bit unsecure at what hapoens even if I do as i have been told is what the opera jury likes. Sometimes I almost feel like they are happy If/when I glance at them during the singing. Maybe you have some Idea why? Or maybe you can use some of my thought in a future video. Thanks a låt for the free advice you are givning.

Thank you for sharing your story. I am 55 year old woman and after 15 years of marriage, got divorced. I lacked confidence and was heartbroken. Went to therapy and to Sedona for a medication retreat. One Christmas Eve, I asked my Guardian Angels, Guides, God, to show a way to improve my confidence, find my strength and purpose. As I was searching the net, I came across a website about mature women modeling. I contacted the CEO via email and hence, today I am doing modeling work, background and commercials. I am still a work in progress. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Blessings 🙏❤️

You have so much charisma, I would easily watch a feature length version of this because you're so compelling to watch and listen to. Hearing your voice, I wonder if you've ever heard of the song called From A Distance? It's one of my favorites and I could just imagine how magical it would sound with your voice and singing style.
