I think it's so important to check in with ourselves and deny any shame or guilt we're feeling. I like using a mindfulness book called 30 Days to Overcome Shame by Harper Daniels.

I’m a carer of 16 years and divorced of 5 years now and trying to put structure in my life is always difficult to keep to .. routines are great.. We have had our ups and downs we always stick together, my husband has been in a wheelchair for 39 years,he had a motorcycle accident at 19. He still rides a bike and sidecar, Kawasaki zrx 1100 xxx
