I think it's so important to check in with ourselves and deny any shame or guilt we're feeling. I like using a mindfulness book called 30 Days to Overcome Shame by Harper Daniels.

i think im suffering from mential health does it stop you cross a road i get panic attacks thinking of going cross a road thanks for sharing sophie hope you guys are well love both of your channels xxxx
