I need this for sure. Ive been lacking at self care. I finally booked a drs app to up my beta blockers which i needed to do several months ago but put it off cos of anxiety etc...time i take more control and care of myself for the new year. Healthy eating too xxx

Tell Danny we have Wendys American burgers just opened in Hull you can walk in and takeaway or use the drive through he needs to do a review there Frosty milkshakes are lovely and the Baconator burger is 👌its the new in place to be it even has a gaming arcade and soft play inside.
