There are many modern handguns but I'm still rooting for this old revolver. ❤

It's a LEE-Enfield!! As per 'smL-E'. Like the earlier Lee-Metford British rifle isn't called a 'Metford'. 'Enfield' refers to the WW1 P14 rifle (and often the US M1917) which are based on the Mauser 98. Yanks always get this wrong. Do they think the USA invented, in some way, the SMLE?

you cannot find a decent WW2 rifle anymore, all you find are those with broken stocks, missing parts, a lot of rust, corrosion, pitting and, the bore is crosted with corrosion. screws replaced by bolts etc... also many of you out there playing "gunsmithing". I remember in the late 70's and 80's you could by any of those rifles for $75- to 150- all original parts and BAYONETS!!! Now you buy wall hangers for $200- A decent one for $500- to 1,000

One thing is for Shure, the Lee Enfield series of rifles was the progress of refinement by the time they made the No 4 Mk-2's in the late 40's. they are the most advanced bolt action rifle's made in history. The world changed though with the adoption of self loading rifles and its design advantages for military use. peace - Dave

I’ve rarely seen a MAS 36 video were the recycling goes smoothly, why is that?
@GreatNorthwestWeaponry4 күн бұрын
Many of them went through several rebuilds and were kept in service longer than they should have been so the tolerances are all out of wack and they typically have very few original parts, basically they were kept alive too long so they just don’t work great
