Wow! That's surprising! 😲 Did you check your recent unlocks? Maybe the honse is there and you didn't notice the unlock? Did the game glitch? If that problem happened to me, I'd probably quit and relaunch the app, just to make sure it's working normally.

i just reopened the game after rage quitting lol. i got 5 carrots, fell in the water and instantaneously unlocked it. shoutout to you for the tutorials keep up the great work

I think that was the message with the Polar Bear area… let's take care of the planet. That's what was also mentioned in the video, it doesn't have to be a partisan issue. It is very political though and there are reasons to debate. But overall, I think Hipster Whale did alright here. The polar bear shouldn't be surrounded by garbage. I think we can all agree on that. 🙂

Thanks! 🙂 The storytelling part of the video is to make the channel more memorable. Otherwise, people would just leave and forget the channel. But also, the channel is not meant to be strictly about video games, so there's some nice educational information scattered about. The original plan was to use this channel to promote Photics products… books, games, apps. That's still part of the plan, but this channel grew into something special. So, the idea is to keep building on the upbeat and friendly aspects of this channel.

Sometimes I wonder about what it was like to cut the grass, even before this manual push mower. I imagined what it would be like to wield a scythe, chopping down tall grass, in medieval times. I figured they're still in use, but they're certainly not common where I'm at. Instead, it's lots of loud lawnmowers. I did see a guy with a push mower, and I smiled. 🙂

The toothbrush is one of my favorite characters because it's so narrow. Although, I'm not sure about the collision shape. They might all have the same box in the middle. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was wondering if that happens. I was thinking it shouldn't, precisely because the quest is incompletable without any Farm characters. At least, I haven't seen any crops outside of the farm so far.

That was in the script… the “crops” are usually arranged in the shape of Crossy Road characters. Sometimes it's just the letters "C" and "R". (That's shown in the video's thumbnail.)

It's very similar. Main improvement is the look and the convenience. That tap-to-mute is very handy. It was tough finding the mute button when the microphone was covered with a sock. 😊 I think the room has a bigger effect on quality. There is an echo, but I don't want to cover the walls with foam, just to add artificial reverb later. I figure things should even out when the room is less empty. It's mainly a desk and a chair in here. 😄

There was a bit of confusion, so this video is to clear things up. I was surprised that carrots don't count. Also, the difference between hay bales and the field of wheat can be confusing at first.

Are you sure the Car is a Prize Machine character? Did you win it in a roll? I just checked from a different device and I saw it was an in-app purchase for $2.99. I'm not sure if it's a prize machine character though. That's too bad about the Farm characters. It is tough to unlock a character in that area. If not for the Ad Buster bonus, and a massive amount of coins, that could have been really disappointing. Even during the livestream, it took a lot of rolls.

Ohh, umm I wanted to say a little CRAZY theory I have about Crossy Road… Okay well I haven’t checked but as we can see the Car is a character we think we could get in the prize machine box yet the Big Baby Chicken doesn’t pop up, so if in 2023 they added the April fools day event that lasted one day the Car wasn’t an official character. Yet in 2024 they putted the Car character again but this time you had to buy it, then after the event ended you could just unlock it in the prize machine box, So They also presented the new character which is the Big chicken but like what they did with the car character in 2023 they just presented it and then the next year it became a character you can keep and then they made it free. So next year in 2025 in the next April fools day they might put the Big Baby Chicken and then when the event ends it MIGHT become a free prize machine character… This is just a crazy theory that doesn’t make sense but it doesn’t matter… :)

From what I've seen, a lot of dust certainly falls out when emptying it! 😄 The closest example I can think of was a bare basement floor. It was fairly dusty from construction. If I was wearing socks, it would leave footprints through the house. Then one day, I decided to use the sweeper in that area. Since then, it's not so bad. I'm not sure if it's because of the sweeper. I was wondering if I simply tracked all of the dust out of that room with my socks. 😏 However, mopping is still a regular part of cleaning. This thing doesn't get absolutely everything, but it's been nice for keeping the floor cleaner. I don't remember the last time the vacuum was used to clean the floors and mopping is not too frequent. I'm looking at the floor right now. I think I'm going to clean it up a bit. 😄

@@PhoticsTV Thanks for explaining that, and the feeling that I get it's hit and miss for that purpose - mainly carpets. I'm lazy and I'm trying to avoid both vacuum and mop. ☺ And with just dust and no crumbs I imagine the emptying will be less frequent too.

@@ColtraneTaylor I usually empty it after every time I use it, as I suspect it works better when not full. The thing collects a surprising amount of dirt. Just now, I didn't think the floor was that bad. But when I emptied the two containers, lots of stuff fell out.. The sweeper itself can get pretty dusty too.

Ah, that game looks cute. Although, like you mentioned, it was launched six years ago. There are a lot of incomplete videos to finish, then I might start working on games from Photics. Also, I'm waiting for the successor to the Nintendo Switch. So, that's when the channel might start covering a lot more video games.

But based on the comments on recent Photics.TV videos, clearing crops doesn't seem to unlock the UFO Chicken.

It still seems to be limited to the event. I don't know if the character will return. But if you're looking to unlock the character, checking the game on International Video Games Day seems like a good idea.

It's hard to prove something like this, but it's starting to look like the Farmer is required. If it was possible, we'd probably see comments mentioning other characters by now.

The original seems to have switched the multiplayer to that version. I think the previous multiplayer on Apple TV was better. Hipster Whale did a big presentation at an Apple event… around 9 years ago. It was a nice somewhat cooperative event, where you could select your character.
