The video of re-installing that drain bolt looked a lot higher than 20Nm. Copper washers can be re-used by heating them up and letting them cool.

Good tutorial. I thought I'd take a look at mine. It seemed to have more play than it should and sometimes made a noise. Being a novice to scooters and rider I took it to the dealer I bought it from (used) to check and they said maybe the normal belt noise. After seeing this it was obvious....no nut on the axle! Maybe a life saver.

Acetone, nail polish remover, is great for removing old thread locker. Give it a 20 minute soak, and it falls right off.

When I perform any XMAX300 maintenance, I look for an Alex Ferr video FIRST!

Im suprised that you havent installed ctek charging point / battery level in right compartment of xmax, fabulous DRL job, connectors and wires also, its rare to see these days a real quality job done. Keep em comeing

Is it better then city grip 2?

It's way easier to use the rear brake to hold the wheel while removing & installing the axle nut. Just change up the order of operation a bit with the caliper.
