Very informative. I have a use case for our client where the approvers change based on the department selected. All approvers are listed in a separate Sheet and the workflow needs to fetch the appropriate approvers. Are there actions in Zenphi to achieve this?

Yes. You can use the Lookup Rows action to look up the approver(s) from the Sheet based on the department selected. You can then use the return values (email addresses of the approves in this case) for the Approval Task! Feel free to sign up for a free trial and we would be happy to help you build your flow

This is not a good tutorial for beginners as it doesn't guide through how things are done step-by-step. Also, I have been watching this video for a few times but I failed to learn up the skills I to design and build the process flow and process. Besides, the video quality is not poor and blurry.

Yes, you could use the Send Email action under the GMail category to send emails from your own email address or any of the aliases.
