Just discovered your channel looking for Indiana videos . I lived in Bangkok two years and married a Thai . Back in the states looking for a landing spot for a few years until my social security kicks in . Then right back to Southeast Asia . Indiana seems like the most reasonably priced state . Evansville or Fort Wayne most likely 🤷🏻♂️.

Yes and no. Foreigners can't own property. You can buy a condo though. A place like this you could rent or buy with a Thai business partner. Thais own 51% and you'd own 49%>

Low season prices are better in Thailand but if you go to far north too much rain if you go to far south too hot and muggy.

Big Tip, when withdrawing money from an ATM put the money in your wallet, money belt or pocket. Don't walk around with a wad of cash as you're only looking for trouble.

There is talk of making soi bukhao one way which will put the baht buses on that street out of business. Also talking about hooking up soi lengkee to soi Diana and making it all one way not that it matters to motorbike drivers.
