I picked up the ATI Moxie with a polymer frame. It ran great out of the box but I juiced it up to handle magnum sized loads. It works great. I don't understand the snobbery. These ATIs are good shooters.

This issue is one of the most common and is due to the gear selector (big metal bit) housing being made of brass which over time gets corrosion because of the unfortunate positioning of the gear selector being at the front, it happens to the mk6 fiesta and the mk7 pre facelift, ford eventually learned with the later 5 speed gearboxes and it hasn't been an issue at all with their 6 speeds

It's amazing for a person like you who never owned a 1911 pistol, but took it apart and assembled it like a pro.
@GunsNBudder Жыл бұрын
And I still own this gun, I've only bought one more 1911 (Sig Emperor Scorpion in 10mm), and I'm still not that into 1911's lol. I do have thousands of trouble-free rounds through this gun, though. I can't find another one so I'm glad I got this one!

@@GunsNBudderHi! This is great purchase considering been years already in your position. What can you say about the metal used in its slide and frame? I read it is cnc from solid steel billet..

Hi man for my fiesta 5 speed. My issue is when I accelerate and change the gear or even coming out of first to second gear. The gear is basically stuck for a bit then it starts to release after the engine rev goes down

I have that tent... Used it at MT. EVEREST BASE CAMP. You HAVE TO CLEAR the snow EVERY FEW HOURS in a snow storm!! It's A GREAT tent... IF... YOU know HOW to use it!!! BEST AND ONLY TENT I'VE EVER OWNED!!!!
@lastcall170 Жыл бұрын
My guess is that those branches could gave been thrown from a considerably strong storm...possibly a tornado or micro burst? I really doubt your theory on big foot. That's folklore fables.
@GunsNBudder Жыл бұрын
The 2500-pound log was "thrown" and just happened to come down perfectly horizontal, just barely off the side of a road? And there's zero other evidence in the area that a tornado or microburst threw other, lighter weight debris? It left all the lightweight trash and debris, but threw a big ass log? Neat theory, genius.

No need to tell everyone though, these things are borderline "people" and deserve their privacy. Don't need every "researcher" out there trying to catch them on camera or shoot them, etc.

I find this review to be completely and blatantly wrong. You are not only unfairly tarnishing a great name in gear but doing fellow extremists a disservice. I have just purchased this tent after my Eureka Glacier Bay finally gave up after 20 years of use. You can not only see that snow is hard pack heavy and not light based on the waving clump right in view but you dont even show the inside of the tent which is the only basis worth anything.

I have the same problem with mine . It starts off easy to shift the 10 miles down the road its really hard to shift. My question is is that what yours acted like ? Or was it just hard to shift all the time ? Thanks
@GunsNBudder2 жыл бұрын
That's NOT how mine behaved, but that is still where I would look first. Even if you just took the inspection cover off and soaked that shaft in WD40/etc, just to see if it gave any effect, you'd be onto something.
@jasonstopher13812 жыл бұрын
@@GunsNBudder that's exactly what was wrong with mine. Took it apart got a small wire brush on my drill cleaned out the shift lever and took sand paper to the shaft greased it up put it back together and been shifting like a new one for a week now. Thank you
@rowanthomasjohn628 Жыл бұрын
@jasonstopher1381 I have the same issue. It starts off great when you start driving but then gets really hard to shift later. I thought it was due to temperature and gearbox oil behaving differently. But changing oil didn't fix it. But I will check this out.

Have you had the electric steering fail?
@GunsNBudder3 жыл бұрын
No, but usually when power steering fails it isn't electrical, but hydraulic. And it makes a pretty big mess when it does, so there should be lots of oily mess somewhere. Open the hood and look for the power steering reservoir (make sure it has power steering fluid in it,) then follow the hoses until you find the leak. Other failure points are the power steering pump (runs off the main belt,) and the power steering rack (goes side to side connecting the wheels). First, just make sure the car has some power steering fluid in the reservoir.
@MyLifeThai3713 жыл бұрын
@@GunsNBudder I thought in 2010 Ford got rid of hydraulic power steering on many of their cars and went to an electric steering rack that fails instead. That's what many of the lawsuits have been over.
@GunsNBudder3 жыл бұрын
@@MyLifeThai371 hmm, I didn't know that. I just looked it up though and apparently you're right! I never had a problem with mine. There are videos on KZbin describing a common problem though.

lol, what a noob. If there was any wind and it was actually cold one tent would haven been destroyed and the other untouched. You figure out which one. 9" of wet snow lol. Spring conditions and nothing any tent with people in it to give a shake now and again couldn't handle. Throw in 50 mph winds and guess which one becomes life threatening.

these tents are designed to have warm bodies in them, the heat convection causes the snow to slide off better. I was outside all night the last 2 nights in my Eureka Alpinelite x2 (which is a step down from the K2) first night went from +1 to -12 with about 7 inches of snow. I didnt even have the taught fly ropes attached (wasnt expecting the sudden storm) other than having to tap the frame a couple times the snow slide off to the sides adding insulation. But wet snow falling on a cold tent will stick, especially since the K2 along with mine are 4 season tents and are best set up in sheltered areas like rock faces or in the woods... for perfect arctic performance you'd need a mountaineering tent that can be set up in open exposure areas. Im in southwestern Ontario, Canada
