I love the way the shades of gray looked when you were highlighting the first triangle in color! I always use brightly colored yarn, but I have some beautiful gray yarn that I haven't figured out what to do with yet, and I might just do mine in shades of gray! Thanks for the inspiration, and I of course the tutorial! ❤

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I know designers are writing their patterns for the ‘average’ crocheter, but I always do it this way because that chaining stuff just looks sloppy. ❤

The Pattern is really beautiful, but the Puff stiches are horrible to crochet and the main reason I don't wanna do it again.

Thank you so much for explaining this stitch so well by using the stitch markers. I have tried so many times to learn the moss stitch and just couldn't seem to catch on--until now! You are an excellent teacher! I am delighted to be able to have a different stitch for my C2C baby blankets. I have made tons using the traditional one and I am bored with it!

@@everytrickonthehook4304 thank you for responding. I'm looking at this on my phone, and I still cannot see where on the page to find the link to the PDF. Please will you provide the PDF link? Or let me know where on the page to find it? 🧡🧡

@@SuzyJarman the hexagon PDF is linked in the bullet points under "some things to keep in mind", you need the first few rounds of the hexagon if you're making the square. And the additional rounds for the square are linked right after the video on the square's page.

Great tutorial, but it would have been helpful to see how the end of the final round of single crochets is finished up. My last (starting) corner looks wonky and I'm not sure how to fix it 😞☹️

This lovely pattern, is not difficult: You need to listen to the instruction of each row, before crocheting every row " once you have heard it, it gives you courage that this is NOT difficult: Then proceed to do the rows: Sometimes we are overwhelmed by learning crocheting skills: It becomes frightening, we say to ourselves... " l can't do it ": If the instructor can do it, so can you:

Well there goes this pattern. Can't find the instructions on how to continue the square for a blanket. Not impressed with Poly for not instructions to continue. 😢

I'm totally confused! I have the square with the chevron finished, but how do you continue to make it bigger as shown in photo. Using the ombre yarn.

I have no idea what I did wrong, I had to remake half of it twice and I made something wrong but not the same wrong 😭😭 Im currantly on row 8 and I'll take a break because I've been on this project for 5 hours!!! I will just roll with this now I don't have the patience to redo it again. I'll come back tomorrow and update when I'm finished 😅

This was a delightful piece of work and my favourite kind of pattern - simple stitches in an easy repeat, worked to great visual effect. It was quite easy to figure out how the pattern worked after working the first 4 rows, and how to scale the square to a desired size (I made 12 inch squares with a chunky yarn). I love the final look and feel of this square, and I'm excited to start working on another square in this series

Would you do a tutorial on doing diagonal single crochet, increase, rectangle, transition, and decrease rows please? I can’t find one.
