Hey Curtis! I am not sure if I’m ready for Psychedelique. I get a bit scared when the patchouli is bold and dark but I do enjoy a lot of cleaner and lighter patchouli scents! So may be I will be there someday! I got my VanPyRum sample and OMG it is so good! I will have to wait until our weather turns a little bit more cooler so I can fully enjoy it! Thank you for your recommendation! Definitely full bottle worthy 😉

Triumph of Bacchus from argos is definitely one of my favorites, very excited to finally be able to wear it. I was kind of hesitant with that house, given it seemed like only 'influencers' were pushing it. But man, that stuff is amazing. It gives me similar vibes to side effect, but I actually prefer it over that.

How is Jovoy psychedelic compared to Givenchy Gentleman Original (1974) which is also a patchouli bomb?

All those smells really expensive but oud maracuja. Passionfruit note in perfumery is not been done well. It is very screechy to my nose.

Hey Curtis, excellent list as always…I recently ordered VanPyRum, should be here any day, can’t wait to try it out. For me, Argos Fall Of Phaeton has an incredible sillage, compliment beast for me (as with most Argos frags). Very underrated from the house. As for warmer weather, Bohemian Lime from Goldfield & Banks has an incredible sillage also. People seem to love it! Keep up the great content my man.

Psychedelic is my second favorite patchouli frag. Profumum Roma Patchouly would be my first. They are both very similar chocolatey patchouli, with the later being nuclear in performance.

Primera was pushed hard by influencers for about a week and then they disappeared. Makes people think they’re another lousy cash grab. No influencers mentioned them again. Doesn’t mean it’s true, but it’s often a death knell

Little Song has been on my radar for a while now. Really trying to like it since I've been searching for a good coffee scent. However, the tobacco is giving cigarette tobacco on the dry-down that can be off-putting - do you get that at all??

It makes me feel grown up and sophisticated, not a common feeling for me, being an artist/farmer!😂 I’ve been intrigued to try Un Air d’Apogee thanks to your reviews, but how would you compare the sweetness to maybe a Triumph of Bacchus or Naxos? Both are a little too syrupy sweet for me.

I just picked up a bottle of Meo Fusciuni's Spirito. It's an amazing fougere. I smelled a number of his other fragrances in the boutique. He does some great work. And, of course, New York Intense is a beautiful fragrance. Nicolai is a favorite perfumer. I have a number of her fragrances in my collection.

It is such a great sweet pineapple +vetiver! I could only use half a spray and it last me all day! This 5 ml decant might last a while 😂

I almost forgot how much I love a good oud fragrance until I received a random sample of Oud El Emarat from a house I’ve never heard called Blend Oud. I was surprised how much I loved it. It smelled so mysterious. I’m looking forward to test more oud scents 😊

I just started to get into the note of Oud last year. I used to only like Oud fragrances that do not smell like Oud such as Oud for Greatness. Great presentation of Oud fragrances.
