Josh, this is a really incredible video that gave me insight, thanks so much for making it, and for sharing that technique!

Chakras are pseudo science. There is no evidence for that.

Mmm. Where do you feel emotion in your body, anger or joy for example? Probably in one of those chakra centers. If that term offends you, call it an emotional center. Evidence is subjective.

Just subscribed. It appears that you have a very underrated channel and a lot of people ara missing out by not getting to benefit from your straight to the workout no nonsense videos. I see you have a fine library of videos about breathing. Anything there to help me beat sleep apnea?

That’s hilarious because this morning I caught myself doing this “Horse Breath” in my sleep!!! I even had dreams last night as I don’t dream much! Before bed I drank some Kefir which helps with “gut health!” I enjoy your content! Keep up the great videos! 🙏❤️🙏

So funny 😆. Thank you! Yes, the Kefir is legit

I never understood this to be honest. Surely mouth breathers are a minority? I don't think I've ever met anyone who breathes through there mouth.

Have you taken time to witness? Start people watching in your environment, on films, etc. They’re everywhere

What do you recommend if my nasal passage is chronically congested/inflamed, tried everything very anti-inflammatory diet, nasal rinses with saline and grape-seed extract too. I just think I need surgery to open the holes bigger or something. What do you recommend. I’ve been using a decongestant spray so I can breath through it at night
@breathemovebreathe7 ай бұрын
Hmmm. Good question. Have you attempted these techniques and nose breathing more? Without knowing you and more of what is going on…if there is no structural damage…I’d recommend mouth tapping at night. Just a small piece of medical tape will do. The theory is that more use of the nose to breathe will improve its function. As you can only get the nasal oxide through using the nose (which is the anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, etc. molecule you need.

Let's see you only take 5 or 6 breathes in a minute! That's where the power lies. Our ancestors only used to breathe 5 to 6 breathes a minute, but us, good luck. Maybe Wim Hoff can! I've been working on it for a while now and I think it's subconscious programming that keeps you from being able to do it.??
@breathemovebreathe20 күн бұрын
Hey I’m so sorry, I missed your comment. Yes. 5.5 breaths per minute is optimal. It takes time to reprogram your nervous system and stress response. You can do it!

Pretty good stuff, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections, it's so much simpler and potent now!
