It is very different from the norm. If only this was in a more quiet place then I would love it. A bit too noisey for my liking, but the massage looked nice. Love the tapping part.

I did. In the nicer areas, it's super nice. And in most neighborhoods like this one, it feels super safe. Only a couple of blocks around the centre are a bit more..."messy"

Hmm that was like going to london locals trying to find some of them speaking arabic and feel sad that i found a few lol just kidding enjoy your stay and aoround historical sites you will find everyone speaking english plus other launguges oh and old cairo as well have a nice visit =)

If you live there you should learn Arabic, because they don't have to speak English when you go to another country you have to learn their language to be able to deal with them and not vice versa. When I went to Korea it was the same thing no one could speak English so I had to learn their language or at least the basics .

So you're gonna learn the languages of all the countries you visit? Unfortunately I'm not smart enough for that and don't have enough free time. Also, I do hope you realise the world will be a better place when we're all able to communicate together. Local languages are slowing down development. It's important to promote English.
