In a way though she is being professional she probably knows the customers are there to get a massage NOT to chit chat (if I ever get a massage I just want to relax and not have them talk until they are done) And some customers might not want to chit chat depending on if they work around people or are stressed by the stupidity of others we all know that when we work we have to deal with annoying co-workers and customers
