CAN-SPAM Act doesn't require an unsubscribe link in your emails, it simply requires you to provide a way for a lead to opt-out.

You could do this, but probably doesn't have any benefit.

Spammers use cheap options, so if you use cheap options, ESPs will automatically send your cold emails to spam.

It's still a good idea to use .com in most situations.

Online email health tools are not accurate. If you set up your email accounts following Part 2 of Emailchaser University, then your accounts will be healthy assuming you have a good lead list.

Don't send cold emails to personal email addresses, they are much more likely to land in spam. Also, there are a lot of factors affecting your deliverability beyond SPF, DKIM and DMARC. If you are sending a test email, it needs to look like a real email and not simply say something like "test".

It depends on the situation, but if you are going to start your email with "Hi" or "Hey", then you should always add a {first_name} custom variable after.

You can send immediately, but you should watch all of the videos in Part 2 of Emailchaser University to ensure that you set up your email accounts correctly, otherwise you'll go to spam. Also, Emailchaser gradually builds up sending volume by default so it doesn't send a high volume immediately.

It starts the build up period based on when you first connect your email account to Emailchaser (not email account age), since the vast majority of our users are connecting new accounts.

You can select which days of the week you want your emails to be sent (Monday to Friday, for example). If you select Monday to Friday, then it will skip Saturday and Sunday. It will push the follow up email an additional day into the future so that it only sends on the days you selected.

You don't need to use custom variables in your signature if you only have one domain. Best to avoid adding links in your signature, you should send your cold emails as plain text.

@@marceljank1 it's because Gmail, Outlook and all other major ESPs have different spam filters for personal email accounts compared to business email accounts. They do not want business related emails being sent to personal email accounts, since their users don't want to see these types of emails, so their spam filters are much stricter. Also, if you're sending cold emails from personal email accounts, they are more likely to go to spam and your prospects won't take you seriously.

There are many factors affecting deliverability that extend beyond which ESP you use.
