28:11 can you pick two targets with Twin Strike? It has two instances of physical damage, plus the picture has two bolts in it. So I don’t understand why I just didn’t kill both remaining sentries.

Shouldn't you remove poison from Time Eater after you kill it the first time?

23:40 I feel like you do an exceptional job of remembering all of the little moves in a fight. You remember if there’s block and to add the strength tokens to the actual incoming damage. You remember to exhaust cards. Remove the dazed and burns out of the deck before the next fight starts. Relic roll numbers. You just legit remember it all and it makes the gameplay so smooth. I feel like I try to cut corners sometimes out of playing fast and it’ll cost me at times where I don’t really remember if I counted damage correctly or if I already counted an enemy’s damage… this video really shows me I should slow down and just enjoy the process of the gameplay so I don’t miss any info. 😅

Hey I have a quick question for you. How long did it take once you ordered your “sleeves for everything else pack” for it to come in? I want to order but it says it’s out of stock and will send when it’s back in stock.. should I order or is there another card you recommend or what should I do?

Nicely done, that seemed almost a cakewalk, some really good synergies there between your cards and relics. I only spotted one mistake this time which was missing the Time Eater's strength from his third round action as already mentioned by another commenter.

Love your videos ❤ Just a suggestion though: I mainly watch KZbin through my TV and it doesn't like long video titles. Meaning it cuts of the title at the word "Playthrough". Meaning the Act isn't visible unless I click the video and view the title from within the video. Is it possible to change the order of the titles, shorten parts of the title, or change the cover image to something that shows which act it is?

Couldn't you have used Expertise on the first Jaw Worm fight to double corpse explosion the middle jaw worm and just focus it down? Then deal 12 damage to all worms and delete them

Onward from 41:30, did I miss something or should most attacks not have done damage apart from the poison applied? Do shivs also get debuffed by being weakened? Didn't get all aspects of how the weak works yet if I'm honest. I'm really enjoying these videos! They are an entry point for experiencing the board game as well, having enjoyed the digital game a lot ^^

You forgot to add an extra strength at the end of the Time Eater's 3rd turn. The one you added was for defeating its first health bar. It didn't end up mattering cause you beat it the next round before it could attack, but yeah. Can't wait to see the rest, this has been a great series so far.

At the last boss combat, I think you have not upgraded the choke 😅

Choke's glow up is rather crazy. The chip damage it does on PC is rather meek, but suddenly slapping time eater for 28! What an insane card! And you wanted card draw, right? At the start of just about every combat, you drew 10 cards in your opening hand. Act three looked like an easy breeze, and I get the feeling you would've torn up any elite you went against. Tabletop STS looks so goddamn fun man.

Envenom is probably OP but glad you could take advantage of it. And I too said "oh" when reading Choke for the first time ahah it is bonkers now. I still think I would have "secured" the win with Calculated gamble rather than taking Fumes which is very slow and not that necessary for your engine. But GG, convincing win!

Dude, I just realized seeing you playing that the elites and boss HP scales with the number of players. I played several runs with my gf fighting these encounters on 4 players difficulty and it was a nightmare lol

Twin strike should be blue its practically a must pick. STS is amazing as a board game absolutely love it. Tons of shuffling but worth it

Maybe also you could show all the relics and potions instead of the box with the poison markers and stuff in the lower left corner of the screen. There were two relics covered by your active powers which could be shown instead. :D

Another fun watch, you got quite lucky with your card draw on the boss which really helped. You didn't do your boss rewards though - don't forget them at the start of act 3. Another couple of little mistakes for you: 26:45 - you discarded Outmaneuvre without having played it when you cleaned up your played cards, not a good idea to place played cards on top of retained cards like that :) 44:00 - you forgot to apply poison for the Dagger Throw and the Strike attacks, not that it mattered since you got the poison to 20 which became lethal.

In the boss fight did you forget to calculate with the weakened?

Sick video, hopefully the Act3 fights go smoother with the improvements to the deck. Small nitpick because there was an alternate route that got around it, but playing Dagger Spray while weakened shouldn't have done any damage or inflicted poison according to the digital version.

It’s insane how much I enjoy these videos.. I almost get the same amount of dopamine from watching as I do playing… because I don’t have to do clean up after it’s over. 😂😂😂😂😂 cleanup is the only reason I don’t play this game daily… it’s very annoying to clean everything up. I do have an organizer my wife bought me that makes it probably legit 3-4x faster but it’s just a sucky process…. You gotta un upgrade all the cards….. shuffle the relics. Boss relics. Potions… make sure all the red dice are put away and not left somewhere…. All the acts shuffled…. It’s a time consuming thing..

Envenom was the correct play! Holy water ensures you'd always be able to either get Envenom or Bullet time off for "free" as those are the most taxing cards you have. All you need now is draw. A backflip or acrobatics would be KILLER, so act three would be in the bag!

Envenom just turn your deck from small shives into toxic blast, WOW

Yeah I was sure you would regret Tactician and you were quite lucky to be able to remove it for a relic ahah. I was not really convinced by picking Envenom instead of the Defensive power (Distract?) since you had been struggling defending yourself, but I was wrong, you lacked damage at that time and it ended up demolishing the boss. GG

Thank you for these videos. It made me understand how the video game was adapted to a board game in a pedagogic way in time for playing the game with my play group. At 25:30-ish btw I think you had lethal on turn one FWIW. Rupture + Inflame(+) with Mutagens is 3 Strength. Play Uppercut for 3+3=6 damage and then Blood for Blood for (4+3)×2=14 damage. That's 20 total, minus the two block and you end up at 18 effective damage which seems to be exactly what the Avocado has. :)

for an expert of the video game like you, you will find that you could go straight to ascension 5 or even higher to have a decent challenge edit: ahah just saw you nearly dying to Nob and Slime boss, it can happen ! GG still Silent is my favorite by far, I am too tempted to play her everytime...

Nice one, it looked bad after Gremlin Nob knocked you down to 1 hp but that Regal Pillow really helped. You did miss drawing a card from Nilroy's Codex at 15:50 maybe you would've had something worth playing with that last energy that turn.
