they are aftermarket led taillights from a f350 i got from usa, there was a little but of wiring to swap around to make them work,

i probably shouldn't have put it that way, they are now 45 to 50 year old parts and there would be a reasonable amount of them still working, but those aftermarket chinese one are pretty average, the plus side of the bosh024 modules, they are readily available as they were used on a few different make cars

it ran a 14.6 @ 96 or 98 mph. im not sure what the 40 series runs, but this feels faster then my old 40 series

does the pump make any sound when you turn the ignition on? more then likely the pump has failed, they dont like being run dry or out of fuel especially if its a old pump, give they pump a few thumps with your hand and see if it comes back to life, it might unstick and work. but its probably in need of changing.

no, i just did it after the car had been sitting overnight so most of the pressure had bled off.

no i sold it in 2017, i have had 3 more since. this one did suffer from ticking at high rpm when i first got it, it turned out to have a broken inner valve spring. i ended up fitting a set of trickflow alloy heads.

the engine was stock except for having trickflow 170cc alloy heads and hurricane headers

yes, it had 60lb seimens injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump and had a moates j3 chip with wideband afr and was tuned to suit.

its all it made, it never got anywhere near what guys in the usa claimed the mods would give. i guess different dyno, different climate = different results.

it was a sv v8, but it was a manual and they didn't have a good launch. but a win is a win for the aurion

its generally for upshifts. you can use it for downshift in a scenario where you are accelerating up a hill in 4th 5th or sixth and want to downshift to accelerate up the hill, but not for downshifts when slowing down coming into a corner or to a stop

it actually had only 15,000 km. but yes i kept it for 2 years and i sold it.

in this vid it had headers , exhaust and 3.9 diff gears

its completely standard other then 19" wheels and rear muffler's were replaced with hotdog mufflers
