The sounds from the Explorer do not seem to sound as good as the Hydrasynth, is there a difference? I'm aware they are supposed to be the same sound engine according to ASM spec.

Nice sounds but how well does it sit in a mix ? Pretty muddy at the lower end of the keyboard. I think it only works well when one or two sounds are the entire track .🫤

How well do your patches sync to external devices or clock now? How do you manage audio rate parameters with so many possible settings that can alter the pitch? I do notice there aren’t many sequences offered here which would suggest your already aware of it 🤔👽

Hi, thanks for your purchase and comment. No, the XD and Prologue are differents synths, and not compatible. That's why I made patches for each. ;-)

Idk how many times I´ve listened to this demo already. I am in awe! How do you come up with patches like "Ethno Harp" and "Ethno Pipe"? Would love to hear a bit about your thought process. All of your patches sound complex and gorgeous but those stand out to me. I haven´t bought your packs yet but I can´t wait to see how you made them to learn a thing or two, haha

Should I return my Juno X and get the minilogue xd?

That a big difference in price... The Minilogue XD uses four separate analogue circuits while the Juno X uses one special processor to render the voices by calculating them...like a VST synth. That particular Roland synth doesn't sound bad (like the Gaia 2) so it not easy to decide. Maybe you should look for a used Minilogue XD.

Wanting to get this synth. Noob question: if you edit the patch by changing the lfo for example, when I go to another preset and back to this one will the preset be changed for good or will it go back to how you created it?

Hi, if you want to keep your editings, you simply need to use the Write function. 😉

I've been watching so many demos of the Hydrasynth and I keep feeling that it sounds 'thinner' than the Minilogue/Prologue. These patches are however truly beautiful.

You can pretty much take the Hydrasynth whereever you wantit to go. Mine still keeps surprising me, though I wouldn't say my presets are as good as the ones in this video :)
