Fun fact Unlike this robocop The original couldnt be killed by a bullet to the head since there was no "head" Murphy's brain was totally encased in a metalic helmet that had his skin on it since the psicologist thought it would help with his sense of identity (this is an issue the following robocop prototypes would face in robocop 2,basically killing themselves the second they had the chance)

Moving in the costume was too awkward for the actor which meant that writers had to redo the scenes so that RoboCop only needed to walk.

The only mistake this movie made was to be a robocop remake Robocop is,at his core,a satire,this movie didnt had that,there was great action,great actors and all that but the message wasnt as strong Yeah yeah robots in the middle east they want to expand capitalism bad lets make a ciborg to improve the publics perception of us oh no the ciborg is turning against us It just doesnt hit as the original

People don't realize. If its intended name was 'RoboCop 2'. Then RoboCop 2 was RoboCop 2's first movie, featuring RoboCop. Which means the RoboCop series doesn't actually have a second movie 🤔 but it does have a spinoff.

This robocop guy is a loser. Billions of dollars of taxpayer money, spent on a useless military program to bring essentially a worse cop back to life. All he does is slowly all towards the perp/criminal at his sight and gets humiliated like in this short. The worst part is when he abuses his nearly impenetrable armor to slow-walk towards a crook just to blast his organs off or something, not even trying to arrest anyone. Like talk about police brutality. What a waste of scrap junk, terrible movie too. Just an incompetent loser that sucks at his job.
