Mine had the hard tubing instead of the PTFE. Unscrew the extruder motor and it slides out. then reassemble

I unscrewed the hotend without holding the heatblock and pulled the wires out of the board, when the heat block started turning. Now I am trying to figure out how to get the two white wires back, this sucks!

Nice promo video, but my CR-Laser Falcon 10W stopped working after only a few days. The axis are moving, but the laser gives no light. And after nearly FOUR weeks there is no service from creality.😠

Hi, Just recieved mine 5W Falcon, I see there is no instructions how to use unit customized software. Point is turned on power do nothing anyone help . Seems manufacturer least bothered to reply help user. Im rookie..
