My Ender 3 printer, which I had for only about three weeks, stopped working. Since you wouldn’t allow me to return it, I boxed it up and bought the K1 MAX. It’s disappointing that a company like Creality doesn’t have a return or trade-in policy. Now, I’m considering purchasing the K2, which is quite expensive. Is there a way I can trade in both my Ender 3 and K1 MAX and pay the difference?
