While Ashkenazim are genetically distinct from other Europeans, neither Sephardi nor Mizrakhi DNA can identify an individual as Jewish.

I think the Kaifeng Jews are genetically mostly Han Chinese with only a small amount of Jewish DNA. Chinese Jews heavily mixed with Han Chinese, and they are now indistinguishable from them.
