*I HAVE LEARNED THE IMPORTANCE OF BOREDOM* I have long covid and part of coping is to take a 10 minute break every 90 minutes and do NOTHING. Just lie there in silence. When I first started I had literal panic attacks at the lack of INPUT. Then my mind started processing the trauma of the last 15 years. Then I started to just think about what I had to do and my problems and now I can just BE for 10 minutes and be happy and OK. I never realised that BOREDOM is important for human brains...!!!

*WE USED TO HAVE* tiny pocket diaries with a tiny pencil you could carry in your jacket pocket and make notes, lists etc.

I think you started your "career" too young maybe, but thank you for this channel :)
