an easy way to promote your business is to have your own delivery app. have your new customers download and use it. you can get a basic delivery app created for 3k. GlideApps has a delivery template that can be customized. then you just focus on getting people to download your app. they're more likely to use that and remember who you are.

Cj when you see orders with no photos you can just call dolly or the customer to send you pictures of the items

Dolly has the same info I have, that was a private customer who scheduled that Dolly, so Dolly has the same details I have. Also, I did ask the customer, they did not send any photos.

For new people thinking about getting into this, don't forget your gas and vehicle maintenance expenses. You have to deduct that from what you make every day to get to what you ACTUALLY make every day. Most youtube gig channel guys never mention that, its real...You can deduct your gas and mileage against your income on your tax returns, but after that deduction of your real out of pocket expense for gas and maintenance, your real unrecoverable expense is approximately 75% of what you actually paid, assuming a 25% tax rate on average...

If a guy called you. Why wouldn't you just ask him to pay you direct rather than letting hom pay double to an app? You should be pushing out these apps.

So the customer placed the order at Home Depot. Dispatch is contracted for all of the online delivery orders just like Ftayt, Onerail, GoShare, and other apps. The customer must pay to place the order. Once he pays, the order must be delivered through the 3rd party platform (Dispatch). The only way I could get paid directly is if the customer canceled the order and was refunded his money. Then he could hire me directly to pick up. This customer called me before the order even came out on Dispatch. Home Depot places the order on the Dispatch platform. I have my own website and booking process, so I can pickup from anywhere long as the customer hires me directly and not by purchasing online at the stores.

You are critical of me because you sound extremely jealous, based on all of your doubtful comments. $200 is MY goal and it works great for ME. If I worked 10 hours, I'd make $500 per day. Pay attention to what I'm saying on my videos. Every market is different, everyone's financial situation is different. The expenses are not what you think. I only fill up once a week, about $60. Don't be jealous, just focus on what you can do and stop pocket watching. Worry about YOU.
