Dolly never adds stairs when customers are dishonest: Will Dolly screw me over again?

I accepted a Dolly order that indicated NO STAIRS. After accepting the order, I checked Google Maps and noticed the dropoff address had a flight of stairs. Dolly never adds the stairs for extra pay, even when the customer purposely does not disclose the stairs, which allows them to pay less.
